Heat Therapy

To use Solayman’s heating pad for heat therapy, place on a plate and microwave it for 1.5-2 minutes. If it is not hot enough, heat it up in 30 second increments to your liking.

Cool therapy

For a cool therapy session place the heating pad in a storage bag and put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Cleaning Instructions

Our heating pad can be cleaned by spot treatment only. Use a wet cloth and clean the affected area.

Storage

Please make sure the heating pad is not damp before storing it. You can store your heating pad in a dry and clean storage space.
