Great vitamin. I have been using this brand of vitamin for years especially the b12. When I know I’m going to have a busy day it proves me the energy to sustain the whole day. I hope they never go out of business. Excellent product.

I was very tired and needed some type of supplement. Actually I have been tired all of my life, when I was in school I would take a nap when I came home and as I got older it got even worse. I started taking prenatal vitamins about 5 years ago and it helped a little for a short time. Then about Oct. I bought Premier Labs sublingual B complex with B12 and started taking it but i felt even more tired. When I look at the ingredients it had alcohol and alcohol makes me tired and sleepy but I did notice that I could take noise, before I was sensitive to noise. But I knew that I couldn’t continue so I went on amazon and bought Nature’s Bounty B Bomplex with B12. It didn’t make me tired and I had more energy but when I compared the vitamins to Premier Labs, Premier Labs had 8 vitamins and Nature’s Bounty only had 5 of the B vitamins. So I went on Amazon again and got Solgar Sublingual Liquid B complex with B12 and it is great as it has all the 8 B vitamins. I have lots of energy and i am no longer sensitive to noise especially loud noise. After the first order of the pair I went back and bought 2 more.

I have relied on Solgar for my B12 and probiotics on a rotating basis because I know they do independent testing, at least on probiotics. I paid a bit more than i normally pay for B12 to try these when I felt the Sprouts store brand wasn’t doing anything. I can’t necessarily tell it’s doing anything when I take it, but when I miss a dose I can really tell that I feel much better when I have taken it. I have more energy mentally and physically when I take a regular dose, and I know this stuff works wonders because I recommended it to my grandmother-in-law who was badly deficient in B12 and her numbers had steadily risen by the next time she had her levels checked.

Get Your Vitamin B
If you have difficulty taking Vitamin B complex orally in tablet or capsule form, this product can help. I’ve never been able to tolerate Vitamin B complex in tablet or capsule form, even taken with food. I’ve gotten very queasy such that I won’t take it that route.Sublingual liquid B12 with B complex has a definite flavor that is tolerable; it produces no queasiness or nausea. Should you find the taste a bit strong you can chase it with water.It needs to be refrigerated after opening. Solgar makes a reliable product. I strongly recommend this product.
