Great product
I really like this product. It helps me relax my mind and drift to sleep and stay asleep. No grogginess in the morning either like I get with OTC PM products.

Doctor suggested, user approved!
I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately and my doctor suggested this supplement. I was skeptical. But wow, they work and work well!! I only need one, but you’re able to take two if needed. I do recommend taking it about an hour before bed. A little grogginess in the morning depending on how many hours of sleep I’m able to get. But so worth it to be able to fall asleep and STAY asleep the entire night!!

I love Perfect Health products. I used the protein pills and I am getting excellent results with them. The sleep aid pills did nothing, they actually kept me up all night After a few nights of this I will no longer take. These were not cheap so I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing.
