Comforting n relaxing to wear
Warm or cold works well to soothe muscles neck shoulders to relax. Soft and comfortable but has a lil weird smell. Smell not very strong probably what’s inside that causes scent. I felt it needs more stuffing inside but still great!

Wonderful weighted neck and shoulder wrap!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The outer material is very soft and feels pleasant on the neck. I love the weight of the wrap and it feels really good on the shoulders. When my shoulder and neck feels tense the heat combined with the weight relieves some of the tension. I mostly use this as a heated wrap, but it is easy to chill it and use it as a cooling wrap. The heat is retained for a decent amount of time and has a nice warmth to it. There wasn’t any noticeable smell either which I appreciated!

Helps with neck and shoulder tensions
This shoulder and neck wrap has been so useful for long stressed days when my shoulders are feeling extra heavy. The instructions are very easy to follow and you have the option of using it as an cold pack or a heated wrap. I’ve always used it heated and it has helped with my should and neck tensions. The material is very comfortable and my husband has also used it with no issues.

This shoulder wrap is very comfortable to wear, it has a bit of weight on it for better contact with the body. You can either heat it up in a microwave or chill it in the freezer. It’s good for relieving tension and strains. I think it’s a bit big for the microwave but it works fine. I personally would have preferred an electric one so I don’t have to deal with heating up. The wrap comes with a nice pouch to store it when not in use.

Very useful coolable/ heatbale neck wrap
This shoulder neck wrap is easy to use both hot and cold, and thankfully has no smell, so you can use it reassured that no smell will give you a headache, or add your own scent. The wrap is soft, and should fit any build. I have found it most useful for cooling my shoulders after a long day of work

Neat idea
I liked the idea of this product when I saw it and it works pretty well, it’s just a bit inconvenient to use as there are a lot of cautions for warming it up or freezing it. Room temperature is definitely the way to go if you just don’t want to be bothered. The weighting is nice and particularly helpful if you tend to carry a lot of tension in your shoulders.
