Expensive but excellent quality that’s great for light sleepers and couch nappers
This blanket was quite the holiday gamble for us. We got it on sale for $175 in early December, which even for $75 off at the time felt like way to much for a blanket. We buy a lot of throw blankets and even our favorite Pottery Barn Blankets aren’t this expensive. This blanket is smaller then I realized. It’s skinny which I assume is to apply all the weight to one person. Not great for snuggling with but its possible. Even shorter memebers of the family wanted a little more width to help with curling into. Length is okay but I wouldn’t mind a tad more. The material of the Duvet cover is super smooth and great for naps or rubbing your face into. It just feels good and we’ll probably never change the cover if we can avoid it. The weight feels really good and has helped my wife finally be able to sleep through some of our noisier neighbor’s 4am Bass jams or me waking up early to roll out of bed. She’s a super light sleeper. So while doesnt stop her from waking up to poke me for snoring, it happens a bit less now. Its also a great for laying on the couch in cold weather and napping blanket. Its super legit. I’d be hard pressed to buy another at $175 but if it went lower go maybe $125-145, I’d be tempted to get a second for other members of my family that loved it.

Helps with improving quality of sleep
Great quality construction and material. Removable cover is washable and zips into place. The weight of the blanket helps with nervous leg syndrome and neuropathy symptoms. Really improves sleep quality.

Large, Heavy, Quality.
This is a high quality, 4.5 star product.However, I regret going for the heavier version. I had assumed, based on recommendations on blanket weight vs body weight, that this was for the smaller single-size. Being twice as large, I opted for the extra heavy for the same effect as a smaller blanket.This is a very good weighted blanket.But it is so heavy (especially with the extra length folded over on top), that it can almost make you panic. But only after giving you a full body HIT training workout when trying to make your bed. (Be sure the bed is made before getting a shower, or you might want another after!).Everything becomes easy after a week though. And it is a welcome comfort, although having a weighted blanket half this weight (15-18lb instead if 30lb?) would probably be more comfortable. This makes turning over in your sleep almost impossible. So, You end up waking up a lot of you want to move.Note: It does sleep warmer than a sheet alone, but nowhere near as hot as you would expect. Glass beads don’t insulate very well. Unless you place a comforter overtop, with a sheet underneath. Then it becomes unbearably warm due to the trapped layer in between. This is probably great in the winter with cooler overnight thermostat settings.Whatever temp you prefer, it will probably need to be lowered 2-5 degrees with this. Especially in summer.Overall, a good product. But I suggest going for a mid-weight, not the heaviest or lightest version. You want a density which has the benefits of a heavy comforter, but you also have to pick it up off the floor, or roll over at night without assistance sometimes.

La sensazione di peso ottimamente distribuita su tutto il corpo è veramente piacevolissima e concilia il sonno soprattutto quando sei sdraiato sulla poltrona. Nonostante il peso mantiene costante la temperatura corporea, insomma con 11 kg di coperta addosso non si scoppia dal caldo. Unico neo è il trasporto da un luogo ad un altro in cui 11 kg si fanno sentire… Per tutto il resto è veramente un bel prodotto
