Very effective, but I dislike the taste.
This is the only product, and I mean the only, that controls my spouse’s vertigo.He had tried prescription medication, over-the-counter medication, herbs, you name it. I read an article from a national scientific journal about how B12 can control and reduce vertigo. I’m sorry that I don’t remember which journal it was in, or I would put the reference and citation for you.Anyway, this B12 spectacular.my sister-in-law is a hard sell when she has a product that she loves, and she is sold on B12 patches. They worked okay for her, and she was reluctant to try this at all. However, when I shared with her the information that any kind of a patch has to have a medium that allows the active ingredient to penetrate the skin barrier and that it’s vulnerable to contaminants passing that same skin barrier, she decided to give it a try. She felt that this product worked much better. My spouse does not mind the taste of this, his sister doesn’t like it and I think it’s revolting. A characteristic I’m willing to overlook because of its benefits.

Solgar B Complex is a trusted source for B complex and other supplements/nutrients. I appreciate the liquid as tablets and capsules can be a little too much at times. Liquid supplementing is just easier. Works especially well if you have an older adult that has swallowing issues.

Best brand! Does have a strong taste but if you take water after it is not too bad. Excellent way to get the vitamins that are so beneficial to our bodies.

This tastes awful
My doctor told me to get B -12 in liquid form as it is absorbed better into the body. I bought some before and it worked well. I thought this would be similar. This is easy to use but it may be the worst tasting stuff I have ever had. I did take it for a while but, even with a chocolate or Coke chaser, the taste was still so bad that I dreaded taking it. My husband thinks I’m a baby about bad tasting meds so I gave it to him. He took it twice and said, “We just need to throw that away.” It is hard to believe that the manufacturer could not improve the taste a little bit. Anyway, good stuff if you have no taste buds.

The product is very good quality, been using it for years.Amazon took over 10 days to post though even when they say it was in stock.Online support was polite but useless in saying why it took so long and when it would be posted.Vitamins ordered from iHerb were posted next day and transited quicker than Amazon.
