Awesome shirt!
This shirt really helps with posture and muscle engagement. I feel more balanced and supported during workouts. The compression is just right-super supportive. Perfect for training or layering under gear!

Good investment for a high quality compression posture shirt that actually works.
DFND Men’s SS Compression Posture Shirt★★★★★ (5.0 Stars!)”Your spine does look straighter!”, remarks my better half as I combine the use of my new DFND compression shirt with my daily Bullworker isometric strengthening routine. “You even look taller, visually with better posture, just after a week.”, she adds.Compression clothing. Not my first use of compression apparel as I had to wear compression socks, also known as anti-embolic stockings, for a medical condition after a major procedure. To be clear, the DFND is my first compression shirt.Size is important.DFND brand sizing includes references to chest, waist and weight measurements, and if considered carefully when ordering, as I did, the shirt fits true to size. The shirt’s nylon and spandex material does need some getting used to, quite different from say a shirt made of cotton or polyester.Pairing with an appropriate exercise and equipment. For me, Bullworker isometrics – push /pull, repeat, then hold, is proving just perfect as I can actually feel the shirt working with various muscle groups, particularly upper body, shoulders, chest, abdomen, back laterals, arms and, of course, the spine.Relatively high cost but with good quality assurance. The fact that DFND, a brand made in the USA, meets certain DOD standards and has affiliations with the special forces and other elite units is, for me, rather reassuring than I’d be getting good value for money.Machine washable, but because of the nylon fabric, best for me to cold wash, spin and hang dry.Overall, good investment for a high quality compression posture shirt that actually works.

Very tight fit!!
Normally I post pictures but i won’t with me in it. That being said. This a very tight fit. It took a bit of strength to put on and take off. The materials are big quality and breathable, which is great for how tight it fits. I love the color of dull and gloss black. As work the use. I felt secure and comfortable during workouts and was happy as this is a good value for this type of shirt.

Quality is there, but the price….
Jumping right to the point, the three stars is on Pricing alone! In sizing, I feel it ran a little large. Based on the sizing chart I wanted to order a large, but large was unavailable when I ordered so I ordered the medium as I own a couple other compression shirts and they are all medium. Upon wearing it, I’m really glad I did not get the large as the Med seems to be a perfect fit.As for the quality, this compression shirt is as good as they come, I’ll give them that. Very strong materials, yet extremely comfortable for all day use! Provides a smooth clean look I was hoping for!Again, I just come back to the list price. As mentioned I own a few compression shirts, and while I’ve only worn this one a couple of times now, I just don’t feel I’m getting much, if anything, MORE from a shirt listed so expensive vs options a fraction of the price. All the quality is there though, so I’ll go up to 3 stars on the build and comfort. Just wouldn’t pay the list price.

High Quality and Well Designed
It’s hard to locate a good compression shirt, but this DFND brand shirt really fits the bill. Although it’s pricey, the shirt is high quality and very well designed. I need a compression shirt due to an umbilical hernia. Obviously, compression shirts are tight, but this one really grips. I normally wear a medium, however I’m glad I ordered the large size. This shiny, basic black colored shirt has quality stitching at the shoulders.I do wish the collar were cut a little wider so the undershirt could more easily be hidden. The ad says “Made is the USA,” which may somewhat explain why the item is considerably more expensive than similar products. Compression-wear must be laundered after a single use, so you really need two or three — which at this price would get quite expensive. Still, I would say this DFND product is the most comfortable and effective compression shirt I’ve tried. Five Stars!

A Shirt that Hugs
This shirt is basically a big tight hug, that’s how it feels to wear it. Getting there, that is, putting it on, is a different story but it’s worth it. I am normally a medium so I ordered this in large and I am glad I did! It takes practice. The first time I didn’t think I would get it on. But once on it feels like the perfect size, no “tight” spots and no loose areas. Taking it off is a bit less difficult but still take some practice. The color is very, very black, and there is no color bleed, at least in cold water. I am a bit new to compression shirts so need to experiment a bit, but in my case I expect to wear it mostly post-workout for recovery. I also think it would be a good slimming fit under a dress shirt as long as black underneath the shirt works.

Expect it to be tight, but true-to-size
I ordered this shirt because I hurt my shoulder last year and figured this was a good way to keep it healed as I exercise. I’m 5’9′, 180 lbs and this L(arge) shirt fit as I expected — which is really tight. The shirt was easy enough to put on and I’ll admit I did panic a bit at the thought of removing it due to its super-firm stretchiness, but by pulling it up from the bottom and not letting it double on itself, it was easy enough to remove.I like that it firmly grips pretty much everything above the waist and out to the biceps area on my arms. The back has extra sewing that keeps it from stretching too much across that area, and that is also something I was hoping to have. I also like how it seems to stimulate blood flow and alleviates some of the pain of overdoing it.The photos I uploaded do not do it justice as to color. It is jet black and the indoor lights made it look much lighter than it is in reality.Note: Don’t be surprised that it is also a bit slimming and could also be worn under a dark shirt for dressy events.
