Taste good & work even better!
These are the best relaxing gummies on the market! They actually taste good like an orange gummie bear and they make me super tired. I would not recommend taking during the day. I think they would be great for replacing melatonin.

My kids were taking melatonin Gummies and I noticed their moods changed during the day. I switched to these magnesium Gummies a few months ago, and they are absolutely amazing. They help the kids calm down a little bit, but not like drugging them as melatonin seems to. I’ve noticed their moods are better in the morning as well.

Great bedtime gummies for the kids. I like that these are actually appropriately dosed for children. My oldest son (10) is on ADHD meds and has a hard time going to sleep. These really seem to help him fall asleep.
