Gets the job done
These are a step below Flintstone vitamins in terms of flavor but I’ve been using them since mid-2020. I like the vitamin C boost too. With a small glass of water, I don’t experience an nausea. I tried the liquid but it was overwhelming. These are a good solution.

What happened to the taste of it?
The zinc chewables used to have this nice raspberry tart kind of flavor to them, with the last two batches I received the taste is absolutely horrible now. It tastes like a cheap cough medicine.I’m sure they still work, but I no longer chew them. I just bite them in half and swallow them. Probably won’t buy again.Trace minerals please bring back the old formula!

Not just good for cold and flu, but has many other health benefits!
Warning, they taste like sweet raspberry at first, but then the taste turns super sour like a sour blackberry.I originally bought Zinc for a cold that I was fighting, but I found out via researching that it has many other health benefits. It also helps to prevent cramps.I took it with a glass of water 1-2 hours after eating a meal, no upset stomach, no problems. I don’t take it every day because the amount of zinc that this supplement has in it would be bad for you to take daily for over a year. I recommend this zinc supplement to help prevent cold/flu and cramps.

Zinc Supplement
If you are going to supplement with zinc in chewable/pastille form, it’s just not going to taste good, ha! I was looking for a different brand that I had been using and discovered this brand. I like this brand because the pills are a nice size–not too big, not too small– and I will probably repurchase if they continue to make them. They have just enough tart raspberry flavor to make these a good chewable, and they don’t seem to be full of sugar. I just purchased liquid trace minerals from this brand and would like to see if they make a chewable multi. Anyway, sometimes I don’t get all of the nutrient-dense food that I need during the work week, so I’m also getting that additional zinc and vit. C for a little immune system boost.

SO glad I found this!
I have been plagued for so long with post nasal drip. When I lay down at night, I’m stuffed up, it’s awful. I took this, and the very first night, I was breathing completely clear. I thought it might just be a fluke, but nope, I take it a few hours before bed, and I just can’t believe that finally I have some relief from this! I’m so thankful I found this! The taste is not the best, but is any chewable vitamin? It’s not horrible, but I do wash it down with water. Who cares though, this stuff is great! 5 star for sure!
