The BODYPROX Hot & Cold Therapy Wrap has a soft gel pack that will retain its temperature for approximately 20-25 minutes. The wrap has Velcro straps that are helpful for hands-free use. Wrap it tighter to apply compression to the area!
Icing is most beneficial to use after a sudden injury. It will help reduce swelling and relieve pain by numbing the area. Heating is great for chronic pain! If you are experiencing tight or sore muscles, applying heat will help relax the area, soothing discomfort.
It is important to limit the usage of either technique to 15-20 minutes, as recommended by professionals.

Excellent for Bottom of Foot Pain
I injured the bottom of my foot (either nerve or muscle damage) and have used this in both the heat mode and ice mode. Both worked great. Ice mode held a very cold temperature for about an hour. Heat mode had good longevity too. Not as long as ice but that’s to be expected. I have used it for ankle pain as well. Really good, simple and easy to use product.

High function, good price, and versatile
I don’t usually write reviews but this deserves one. This pack worked great to evenly ice the outside edge of my foot without it slipping… something I was struggling to do with my makeshift ice packs or frozen bags of peas (while also keeping my foot elevated). The straps are secure, easy to use, and adjust to your foot size (I’m a size 8 women’s for reference and had some room to spare). High function, good price, and versatile. I’d consider buying a 2nd one just to have on hand.

Longer freeze works better and longer
Delivery was good. What I like about this is I can use it on my hands also. I time the coldness a good 20 minutes and a little more as it cool down. I had in freezer all night when I got it and all day today till I was ready to try it along with another item I got. So for my feet it’s great for my heel (Heel Spurs) great also on the Stress Fractures. My hands felt good with this . Glad I brought two. Shipping was fast and packaged well. I would buy again if needed.

Adjustable strap to fit where you need it
I got this for a foot injury and it really helps keep the cold where I need it. The softness of the ice let’s you bend it to fit and the holder keeps it in place. You can make it as tight or as loose as needed.

Perfect Size for my 8.5 (39) Ladies Shoes size. I use it for Neuropathy pain associated with right leg paralysis, from an accident that left me with chronic pain and loss of almost all of sensation. The only thing I feel is a general ache and because of the loss of circulation it’s always cold. Heating this little gel pack up & applying it is an easy. Quickly warms up the foot and relieves the discomfort. The Material that holds the little gel pack is great quality, easy to put on, it’s adjustable and closes with Velcro. Fits even when I have edema in the foot and it’s a couple inches bigger. Definitely safer than wrapping a heating pad around the foot and it doesn’t fall off like a magic bag or hot water bottle. Stays put and is Comfortable. I would like to buy a couple of extra Gel packs in case I need to relace the original or use on for Cold and one for hot. Not sure if they sell them separate on Amazon but I hope they do.
