The right iron compound
Recommended by pediatric psychiatrist, has the iron that actually get absorbed. My 7 yr old willingly eat it like candy. Actually have to make sure he doesn’t get more than he should. Wish it comes in a higher strength!

These are great supplements! Helped my nail ridges, cleared my skin, and they don’t slow the bowels. Only iron supplement to do that!This is the only iron I take. I use multivitamins without iron so I dot risk getting back up, so I know it worked. Berry was better tasting than peach.Sadly, after buying several bottles, it’s no longer available. I really REALLY hope it does!

Blood, That’s the Flavor
I won’t be too harsh here – 3 stars since my labs were better but I will be going with a different product next time because of the taste. I typically tolerate bad/unpleasant tasting things well, but these taste way too similar to blood which is just about unbearable when coupled with the texture.
Hands down the best iron supplement Of all the iron supplements i tried, this is by far the best. The taste is great, no metallic aftertaste, no constipation and my iron levels increased from my recent lab result. Highly recommended!! –

I will say at once that it is difficult for me to give an estimate on how much this iron has worked on my body after taking 2 packs. I just haven’t had an iron test. Subjectively, it seems to me that the vitamins are working. But in my case the iron intake did not affect hair loss, because most likely the problem is in the thyroid gland and not in iron deficiency. I can say that this iron is pleasant to take unlike the pills that my doctor used to prescribe me! After taking this iron, I didn’t have constipation or stomach aches! They are delicious )))) plus I read that this form of iron – bisglycinate, the most assimilable by the body!
