Good source of stomach-tolerable iron
Just make sure you read up about when to take the stuff. 3-4 hours after meals and no coffee for two hours after taking. I took it with a banana and lots of water first thing in the morning. Make sure to ingest it right at the back of your mouth else your teeth will stain.
