Works well!
I got these for use after my cervical epidural steroid injections and for managing general spine pain. They took 5 weeks to arrive, so keep that in mind when ordering. They didn’t make it in time for my first injection and I ended up with a bruise; I used a regular ice pack and it didn’t always stay where I needed it and I either didn’t start soon enough or didn’t use it long enough. Anyway, I had the wraps ready for the second injection and took one in a small cooler with me to the hospital and put it on before heading home. They are very flexible and conform easily to the neck. I have had to redistribute the gel a bit, but that is pretty easy to do by putting them on the floor and kneading the gel over to even it out when they are thawed. I found that using a medium binder clip to hold the ends together is helpful and allows me to be mobile and not have to hold it where I need it with my hand or a pillow since the injection site is on the right side of my neck. The soft lining is great and I don’t need to put anything else on it like I do with my regular ice packs. Once frozen for a couple of hours, each lasts more than an hour. I’m not sure how long because I put it on my neck for 20-30 minute and then lay it flat with the other side up to go under my back for another 20-30 minutes and then refreeze it and then alternate with the other one the next time. They look to be well made and durable and will work for what I need them for. Using a binder clip or two, they can also be used to wrap other body parts like an ankle or knee. The price is reasonable for two when compared to similar items and the size makes them versatile for using on other body parts besides the neck. These were a great buy to keep in the freezer for use when needed and they don’t take up a lot of room in the freezer due to their flexibility and thickness, which allows them to be folded or laid flat or otherwise bent to fit a space.Edit: The price has gone up since I purchased them. The same item is available from other sellers, so compare prices.

Knee or neck ice pack
Not just for necks but their great if you roof! Good quality, durable material! Didn’t seem to take long to freeze but i bought 2 to switch out! Im having an issue with my knee and this is great to put around my knee after work! So its easy to use drap around your neck or knee ! Its a universal fit and no issues with the velcro!

Works but could be better.
Great for neck and shoulders. Stay colder longer then my migrane head wraps.Tip: I wear a neck pillow over it to hold it in place. I wish it had a button or velcro on it but a neck pillow works perfectly.

Migraine-sufferers Must Purchase!
If you suffer from migraines like myself, you know how soothing ice packs can be. My mom is a chiropractor and has always helped me with injuries and head pain with supplementation of ice packs but would always place a thin towel between my skin and the ice pack to avoid skin burns. This ice pack has been SO great given it has a felt side -no more need for the barrier to protect the skin. I work in dentistry and have found myself using this ice pack most evenjngs even when I’m not in pain because it feels so comforting to rest up against a propped up pillow. I usually fold the “wings” inward to allow for more neck curvature and it seems to stay cool for a couple hours. After resting on the felt side I’ll flip it over and rest on the plastic side since by then I can handle the coolness. Even when first taken out of the freezer it can be manipulated to either lay flat or be bent, the gel is stiff enough to hold a position but soft enough to move. Also, I like that it doesn’t leave condensation dampness behind like other ice packs. Point being, this ice pack is the absolute best. My wife now uses our other one frequently in the same way and we’ll be ordering a second set to be able to rotate. If you’re in need of a comfortable ice pack, this is the one for sure.

Nice but not the best ice pack
The ice pack is nice, but it doesn’t stay cool for long. It doesn’t wrap around neck and shoulders comfortably like shown in the pictures. I had to hold the ends of the short part that hangs over the shoulder for it to be comfortable on the back of my neck which defeats the purpose of having this type of ice pack. I gave it a 3 star and that was being generous.

It gets super stiff when i leave it in the freezer for to long which makes it hard to wrap it over my shoulders. If i leave it in the fridge its just not cold enough/ i just dont have enough space in my fridge. And if its in the freezer it will grow ice on top and leak water everywhere.
