Energy Assist That I Need
Bought these for my daughter and I started taking some of them. Once in awhile you’ll get one that tastes a little strong but they are actually very good and I hate gummies but these are fine. And I actually do feel better when I take them because not having a thyroid I’m already extremely tired all the time and this has helped tremendously. Maybe they’re not for you but I definitely think you should give them a try. Guess my daughter is going to have to buy her own.

I have iron deficiency anemia and I was getting iron infusions every 3 months. I started taking these gummies and when I had my next appointment for my bloodwork, my hemoglobin went from a 10.3 to 11.6. I was able to skip my infusion this month. So happy with these gummies and they taste good as well (coming from someone who hates anything with the consistency of gummies).

Did what it needed to do. 10/10!!! Helped me with lifting up my iron for sure. I had a big problem with craving ice, dirt and being cold most times. Especially when people were hot or just right, I was cold and took a minute to warm up. But these iron gummies truly helped and I can tell the difference. It was worth the buy!!! I will be getting more. The taste is something you have to get used to, but nothing unbearable. It’s just a different taste. Doesn’t leave any after taste either. True gummies that are on the soft side. Easy to open the bottle to get inside. Easy to chew.

Effective, But Has an Aftertaste
I tried Black Girl Vitamins and overall, I really enjoyed them. They gave me a noticeable boost of energy, which was exactly what I needed to get through the day. I appreciated that the formula actually seemed to work — I felt more alert and balanced within the first week of taking them regularly.The only downside for me was the aftertaste. It’s not unbearable, but definitely something I noticed and didn’t love. That said, the benefits outweighed the taste, and I’d still recommend them to others looking for a solid supplement that delivers results.

This is my first time ever writing a review for my products here on Amazon. Very disappointed with this supplement from this brand! I ordered the D3 vitamins from this brand which works amazing. I’m not sure if I needed to take iron or not but I felt very dizzy and my energy went down after taking just one gummy. It has a really bad after taste that don’t go away unless you eat something. Please save your money and go with a different brand for iron supplements!!
