Best sleep I’ve gotten in years.
I stumbled on these while searching for a completely unrelated vitamin. I decided to try them for a few reasons:1. I was really impressed (and relieved) by the minimal ingredients.2. I’ve tried L-Theanine and GABA together before and I really liked the results (but that particular product had ingredients I’m not okay with)3. I was getting desperate for a way to slow my mind down at night just to fall asleep (staying asleep was a whole ‘nother thing to conquer)4. These had great reviewsAfter several days of taking this at night:1. My digestive system is also impressed with the ingredients. Its beyond jacked from pharmaceutical medication to address the sleep issue. These didn’t bother my tummy at all. A++2. These also have magnesium in them. Then only 3 other ingredients that I don’t have to question the toxicity of.3. This WORKED. I don’t feel like I’m getting knocked out like with medication. I feel like I can drift off to sleep like one should naturally. And I stay asleep! I havent slept like this in so long.. I don’t even remember. Very effective but no grogginess in the morning.4. This had great reviews for a reason. And now has one more. The cherry on top is it’s a great price!

Being a night shifter, this keeps me asleep the entire time. I used another sleep med to get me to fall asleep but Apigenin keeps me relaxed and restful. No side effects for me. Just purchased my 4th bottle. Highly recommend!

Not sure what it is about this product but I’m having more dreams since starting to take it and they’re typically of a sexual nature. Guess I need to research if that’s a thing, but no complaints. At least I’m sleeping deeply enough to get to dream state and the dreams are all pleasant

Did not work for me
Apigenin Complex, supplement for sleep, did not improve the quality or duration of my sleep. The only thing I noticed is that my dreams became so disruptive as to wake me up in the wee hours of the morning feeling disoriented. When I don’t take this supplement, I am not negatively effected by my dreams. People are different though, so it’s reasonable to think this may help you as it has helped others. As far as supplements go, it’s pretty cheap to try.

Too strong, i wish they have smaller dosage, you can go to sleep and make you dream but hard to wake up
