Best way I found to take
I found this impossible to drink in water, even warm. It doesn’t dissolve at all and the last sip will leave you with a mouth full of “grit”.So I took a spoon full of grass fed plain whole yogurt (no sugar), poured the mag on top and took the spoonful. It tasted just like cheesecake with gram cracker crust! I kid you not! Felt like a treat! Weird but true. Now I don’t mind it at all and I can take it in one spoonful.

Excelente producto es la segunda vez que lo compro, la primera vez lo compré en cápsulas y la comparto con mi esposo. Ahora voy a probarlo para tomarlo con jugo y también lo uso como un aceite, como lo hago? Uso un bote con atomizador le agrego 3 medidas de las que trae el contenedor del magnesio y le agrego agua y me pongo en mi cuerpo. Es otra manera de usar el magnesio para mi.

It doesn’t dissolve!
This product does not dissolve in liquid. It makes me choke when I drink it mixed in my electrolyte drink. I’ve tried it three times now, and this last time I really choked on it. It’s so gritty and it’s almost like trying to drink fine sand in a glass of water. No matter how long I shake my water bottle, it doesn’t dissolve. I used to use CALM brand of magnesium citrate powder and this never happened. I was trying to save money by buying Nutricost brand, but I don’t think I can use this product anymore. Unfortunately it’s beyond my return window.

No more sleep aids
I have always been a very light sleeper. I can go to bed at 10 o’clock at night and I’m up Wideawake at 2:30 in the morning. I know that that’s not healthy so I tried to use sleep aids and that only made me feel hung over. Calcium and magnesium work well together but not at the same time. Calcium I take during the day but magnesium I take about an hour before I go to bed and I sleep 6 to 7 hours without waking up. I was absolutely amazed. As we get older our body doesn’t give us all the nutrients through food that we need so this is awesome. And you don’t have to dissolve it in water you can take a scoop and just throw it in the back your throat and drink a couple gulps of water. It has no taste. I 1000% recommend this product. Especially if you have anxiety and you can’t settle down at night. I didn’t realize how poorly I was sleeping until I actually slept well. And at almost 68 years young that’s a big deal.

Excelente producto y más por su precio. Hay que tener cuidado con las cantidades ya que es laxante y puede irritarte si padeces de colitis o colon irritable. El polvo no se diluye en el agua pero no incomoda y se puede tomar sin problemas

llevo usándolo como 4 días y me sorprendió el hecho de que sentí sus efectos el mismo día que me lo tomé. En lo personal los efectos que me interesaban eran los de regular el sueño y bajar algunas tallas; me lo tomé el día que me llegó en la noche y dormí como hace meses no lo hacía, y he sentido que si acelera el proceso digestivo así que por ese lado también me gustó mucho.Por lo pronto, me tomo una cucharadita (la que trae el bote) por la noche y ha sigo suficiente, si lo recomiendo!Nota 1: No he tenido problema para que se disuelva en el agua, recomiendo hacerlo en un vasito de vidrio y menear con una cuchara de plástico o madera.Nota 2: No sabe a nada, literal es como solo tomar agua (lo disuelva como en 200ml de agua)
