As I suffered a DVT some years ago, my doctor recommends that I wear compression socks while flying or during extended drives due to all the sitting. I was ready for a new pair and tried these out.The socks are made of a soft comfortable material with a somewhat rigid structure due to the embedded elastic. You can feel the snugness when putting them on, but they’re not overly tight like some socks I’ve used. They stretch nicely when putting them on and are very comfortable throughout a long 12 hour day. Unlike some socks, they do not leave marks on my lower legs and seem to compress equally along the legs.The socks I purchased are size Medium (my shoe size is 8-1/2) and they fit perfectly. The sock length from bottom of heal to top is about 18 inches. This is a little long for me, but when I roll the top down 1-1/2 inches or so I don’t even notice the difference.I like these so much that I’ve since bought two more pair.

Essential for international flights: Passport, credit card, these socks
I bought these socks just over a year ago and have worn them while flying over 110,000 miles. They are the best travel socks I’ve owned and I just bought a second pair (not because the first pair had worn out, but just to be on the safe side).The socks are well-designed with different degrees of compression at different points. The fit is a little snug and I have to work a bit to get them over my calf, but once on, they stay put–no sagging or falling–and are comfortable to wear even on long international flights. I’ve had noticeably less swelling and foot pain since wearing this socks which has made me a happy and satisfied customer.I mentioned buying a second pair. The original pair is showing significant wear above and below the heel but there are no holes as some other people have experienced. I only wear these socks when flying so I may be putting less stress on them than others, but I am very impressed with the service life of this product.

Light compression so not too darn strangling your legs tight! Comfortable to wear.
These are probably the lightest compression socks this company carries. I tried another that they offered and almost could not get them on they were so tight and then my legs went numb! These go on foot first then you roll or pull up the leg portion, similar to putting on stockings. They are socks, not stockings, they feel good and don’t make you feel like your cutting off circulation. Nice color too. When I get on the plane I take off my shoes, so I put on another pair of thin socks over these just to keep them clean if I take a walk on the plane or to the bathroom. Yes I could put on slippers, but who wants to carry more stuff on a trip? I wear woman’s size 10 and bought the Medium. My beaux wears a mens size 10 and bought the Large. Fit perfect, and there is a different colored string across the toes to tell them apart.

Very, Very Flimsy Socks
While the compression “tube” part of this sock that fits over your calf is perfectly acceptable, the heel material of this sock is the thinnest material I’ve ever seen–so much so that after only two days of wearing, it looks threadbare and I can clearly see my foot through the sock. Very, very cheap, flimsy material–this company should be ashamed of itself for charging so much for such a shoddy product. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

I love these compression hose that are made in Italy
I love these compression hose that are made in Italy. They fit well to my legs. They have a soft sole around my feet. They are rather expensive at $21.00, but are every bit worth it. They make my legs feel good. The odor eat takes care of smelly feet at the end of the day when I take them off.
