It really works for sleep!
Lifelong insomniac here – this stuff works and has no next-morning grogginess. I found out about Apigenin through a neuroscientist who was being interviewed on a podcast and decided to try it and what a game changer! I always have it in my home now. Good stuff!

It’s a big NO for me.
I had such high hopes after an influencer stated this was “the best” supplement to help with sleep. Sadly, it seems to keep me from falling asleep! Every time I’ve taken it, I toss and turn for 20-30 minutes, get up out of bed (as sleep doctors suggest), read for 15 minutes, then try again. After TWO hours of this, I still don’t sleep. So I give up. Ugh, I’m SO tired today and will need a nap once again, which I never usually do. Waste of money for me. 🙁
