Really great sound machine.
This is a really great sound machine. I have really loud inconsiderate neighbors in my building. Plus the walls are always thinner then they should be. This sound machine is amazing it literally drowns out all of the excess unnecessary noise. It goes really loud also. However, even when its low it does the job. Its a nice size. I did not want one of those tiny ones. I could not see those serving my purpose. It is flat so it can fit in an travel bag very easily without taking up to much space. It has a lot of different sounds to choose from. I do not use to many of them I like the fan and the white or brown sounds. I realized by accident that it works even when its not plugged in. You plug it in to charge and it works while plugged in so convenient and saves energy when not plugged in. Now I do not have to leave my fan on as white noise.

This item works great. The timer is perfect for short naps or all night. The light settings are great, I find the one that changes the colors the best. And the lullabys are very peaceful.

My daughters favorite UPDATE
Purchased March 15 and it stopped working 7/7. Im used to replacing them every year or so but this is the quickest one has ever broken.This music box will not last forever but while you have it it’s good. We’ve replaced it 3x but it’s my daughter’s favorite and at 5 she still sleeps with it every night. She loves the sounds and the lights. And she can control it herself. She would recommend it.

Used and missing parts
We got this for our daughter and when we got it there was a white hair on and in the top round cap piece. Not only was there the hair but the adaptor plug for the wall was missing. I mean we have a lot of those but the fact that we pay for something we’d expect to get everything that comes with this package. As far as the device itself it doesn’t project stars on your ceiling like its advertised. I’m mean the lights are alright but they don’t project as much as I thought they would have. The sounds I was almost worried they were playing the same sounds but I kept going and the sounds are good. I would have given it 3 stars but the fact that it’s used and missing pieces I’m giving it just one star.

Sound quality doesn’t suit our needs
Doesn’t work for us. I’m trying to find something that produces the same sound or at least close to the white noise I’ve been playing on my computer. I’m just tired of the scenarios where Apple Music just stops playing for inexplicable reasons or the WiFi goes out causing the YouTube Kids White Noise to cut off. So I wanted something that stands on its own, but I need a more powerful and rumbling white noise. Our apartment gets a lot of noise from all sides at all hours of the day, even the middle of the night. So we need loud, uninterrupted noise. But it can’t be too shallow or else it will be too abrasive and grating. This device produces sound that is much too shallow. I should have known. That’s on me. I was eyeballing that price a little too hard. Gonna have to shell out for what we actually need.The music is too simplistic and repetitive. The music wouldn’t bother our 11 month old, but the rest of us…this would be tantamount to torture after so long.The starry projection was nice. We liked that feature. The little inserts are super flimsy, I don’t know how much more manipulating those little plastic domes could take before they fell to pieces. And in a house with a toddler and infant, they stand even less of a chance of surviving long.

Many hours of extra sleep
My toddler loves the lullaby music from this light. It’s easy enough for her to turn off and on by herself. It’s played many hours now, and it’s just like it was when we got it.We used a mount that we had to put this on the side of her bed. But she doesn’t change it. Also it’s not too bright or loud. And there are a lot of controls on it. I haven’t used the Bluetooth, because we haven’t needed it.
