Perfect mattress for my son
I bought this twin mattress for my 10-year-old son because his old one was quite low, only about 7 inches high and wasn’t very comfortable anymore. I came across this one while reading reviews and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! My son absolutely loves it. He says it’s super comfortable and soft, and he’s been sleeping much better since we switched. The mattress also has a built-in handle, which makes it really easy to move around when I want to take it outside and air it out in the sun. It has a nice height and feels supportive without being too firm. Great quality and definitely worth it!

Very good mattress for the price.
Mattress reviews, whether positive, negative or somewhere in-between are almost worthless without information about the buyer. For example, I’m a 75-year-old male, 5’9”, weighing 225 lbs and use an adjustable twin bed frame. I’m a 90% side sleeper and 10% back sleeper, head slightly elevated. I have a bad back. The quality of my sleep on this mattress will be much different from an 18-year-old, 4’11” 98 lb person on a fixed frame with no back issues. So, when I read reviews, I look for someone that is as least my approximate size and weight. In the absence of such information, reviews really aren’t helpful because there is nothing to compare them with to make an informed decision. For me, this 10” mattress replaces a 9” firm, all foam mattress that’s gone soft over several years of use. I bought this one based on its construction and 10-year warranty rather than its reviews or firmness rating. Its multiple layers tell me that careful thought was put into its design and the warranty tells me that the manufacturer has confidence in the quality of materials used and its manufacturing methods. According to research, medium firmness is best for bad backs. Time will tell if that’s true for me, though the first night’s sleep was a positive one. It was firm but quite comfortable. Though the edges of this hybrid mattress are soft compared to the center of the bed, the coil springs actually helped my elderly body get out of bed in the morning. It was like putting “spring” in my step! That was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. I had no such experience with a foam mattress, even when new. This mattress had no bad smell and performed as instructions said it would when unrolling and expanding to its full thickness. Initial experience was very positive. Time will tell about how durable it is. I consider it a very good mattress for the price.

I just finished making the bed and can’t wait to go to sleep tonight. It arrived flattened and rolled up inside several layers of shrink wrap in a long box the width of the bed. The box was probably 1 foot x 1 foot. I took it outside in case it smelled bad and unrolled the shrink wrap. It came with a letter opener to cut the shrink wrap without damaging the mattress. Once it was unrolled, I had a flat mattress in a plastic bag. The bag was perfect for providing a clean surface to let the mattress air out and expand after it was opened. I cut along the side, top and bottom to open it and it quickly expanded into a bed. Pretty cool! Best part is no smells! While I could slightly smell the new fabric, no toxic gases poured out. I quickly brought it inside to keep it clean. It was full sized within a few minutes, but I let it rest overnight before trying it out. It is comfortable, contours to my body, and bouncy. Full disclosure, I’ve been sleeping on a folding cot for the last decade. So, it’s been a while since I slept on a real bed with springs. I made the bed today and plan to sleep on it tonight. The one I ordered was listed as “firm”. I don’t know that I’d call it firm, but I haven’t had a real bed in a long time. The 10″ is about 6″ of springs and 4″ of the mattress memory foam and topper. It definitely gives a bit when you sit on it or press on it but bounces right back. When I’m lying on it, it contours to my body filling in the gaps in my low back for support. If that’s what a firm mattress is supposed to do it’s perfect! I’ll try to provide another update after I’ve slept on it.UPDATE: I’ve slept on the mattress two nights now. I’m still getting used to the memory foam. It’s comfortable, springy/bouncy when you sit, but firmly surrounds me when I’m sleeping. I feel taller when I wake up now. I have not had any pain or discomfort. It’s a great height on top of the 14″ frame I have. I enjoy making the bed now and can fold laundry on it without bending over and hurting my back.

Great price for comfort
Very comfy, defiantly like a firmer bed but not to firm and this is it for us. Only complaint is the sides of the bed aren’t super strong to sit on the side of them but otherwise we love it!

Good product for such a low price
Decided to replace a 10 year old king mattress giving us back pain and downsized to this queen mattress. The product description says medium firm but to me its definitely very firm. I unboxed this Saturday and it’s now Thursday and we slept on it the first night, not waiting the recommended 72 hours and it doesn’t seem to have had any negative effect on the mattress itself by not waiting. Opened the first round of what seemed like 50′ of shrink wrap, flattened it out and cut open the bag, the mattress inflated to size immediately. Happy to report that two humans and three dogs are sleeping much better this week on our new mattress.

Caused insane back pain
Terrible mattress – I have never had any back pain, but then I got this mattress and 10 days later my upper back is in severe pain, I’ve had to go to the doctor twice, pay for massage therapy… And now I’m starting physical therapy to try and fix with this mattress did. Absolutely terrible.
