Well Made and Lovely Lavender scent
This product is very well designed so the flax seeds don’t move around and the warmth is distributed evenly. A lovely lavender scent wafts when warmed.The only caveat is that it does not retain heat very long…5 minutes? I decided to give 5 stars since most people probably don’t want to heat their face more than 5 minutes.

I loved this item. I initially bought this for post-surgery and I still use it. The purple color is very nice, it stays cold are a very long time, the quality is perfect. I removed from the cloth to wash it and the material is durable. It helped a lot after my surgery to relief the pain I had, because my eyes were bruised, the material was flexible to sink into my eyes for perfect comfort. I would buy this item again/ works well!

Smells weird and doesnt get hold/cold enough
concept is great! it feels soft on the skin, but I use for migraines and the smell is awful, I wish it got hotter/colder, its very mild.

Product is not made well. This is not a typical hot/cold pack. It does not have a gel pack inside. It some cheap cloth insert with seeds inside. Put it in a freezer for 5 days and when I pulled it out it was only cool not cold at all had no real effect. And since the product is ineffective I decided to cut it open so everybody can see what’s really inside of it. This is not going to really any type of pain you have.

Follow the Instructions
On the side of the mask it says to microwave for 60 seconds, then add 30 seconds at a time. I did 60 seconds, then an additional 30 seconds. It was hot but not too hot. Err on the side of less time, to prevent damage. Works great. I add a couple of drops of lavender onnthe back each time I use it.

Has strong smelling seeds in. Getting it cold n dry again etc.will create mould. Hardly conducive to healthy sinuses!I had to give a star to get my comment posted.
