Love this heating pad
I have used this heating pad every night for the last six months. I turn it up to its max temp at 148° and it’s max time at 120 minutes and fall asleep with it on and it auto shuts off. when I wake up in the morning, I turn it on to warm me up. This is by far one of the best things I’ve ever bought on Amazon genuinely I am so surprised it has lasted the way it has. It looks great. It feels great and it’s still going strong.

Coils overheated and burned fabric, NOWWISH support came to the rescue!
I’ve had this heating pad for 6 months to use for cramps and sore muscles and it’s been my favorite, the size is great and I love that I can set it for 90 minutes and easily control the temperature. However, the last month or so I started to notice an odd smell when I use it. Didn’t think much of it until my fiancé opposite the couch from me noticed the smell too and called it out, we inspected it and noticed it was starting to burn the fabric layer.I brought this to the sellers attention, and they reached out to rectify the situation. Not many companies would do what they did to fix it, for that I would recommend this product from NOWWISH over other brands! I do love the softness of the fabric, large size and the functionality of the controller, and length of the cord is helpful too. Overall satisfied with the purchase and interaction with NOWWISH handling the overheating fluke of my original heating pad.

Not working
I ordered while at my sisters in Jersey and when I got home 7 weeks later and I used it the heating pad was not working. Kept getting a E3 on the temperature shows. Unplugged and plugged back in again. Still not working. Unfortunately my return date passed. The larger one seems to work fine. Will contact company and see if they will send me another one.Update 3/2/2024The company refunded so I could buy another one. Great customer service.

Not at all what is shown
We go through heating pads in my home. I did return this product, and I’ve never had to return a heating pad I’ve ordered before this one.My husband has had spinal fusion surgery, my mother has too (they live with us so we can better help care for them and they can spend more time with our kids). My father has aches and pains, and I myself have back aches and hip issues. So all the adults in the house use heating pads pretty much daily. Our cats like them too. So, I know good heating pads.When we received this one, it was not at all what is pictured or described. The only thing right was the pattern on the pitifully thin fabric cover. This could have been a mistake in what we were sent. But, this is what I ordered and I can only review the product I was sent for this order. The fabric covering the actual pad was so terribly thin. It was NOT thick and fluffy fabric covering the heating pad as pictured and described. You could feel the uncomfortable plastic portion under the fabric covering, and you could easily feel the heating elements/coils too. I did not even try this heating pad as it was so thin, I would be worried about a burn. I would provide pictures but I have already returned it. I can’t speak to any of the control functions bc I didn’t even want to turn it on. I would not even let my cats lay on this heating pad. It was THAT thin and even felt super stiff and uncomfortable in my hands. Like I said, perhaps I was sent the wrong product. But, the pattern was the same as pictured, so I’m not sure. I’m leaving that possibility open. Others have reviewed this product positively, so perhaps I just got a product that was poorly made and somehow slipped through quality control. Its up to you if you take your chances on ordering this one. Thank goodness Amazon is good about returns. Good luck folks! I can only review my experience, and I hope that it’s not the norm for this product, as it’s not a cheap price point either. Hope this is helpful to some!
