Part of my new daily routine!
I love this stuff! Really works wonders. I took it consistantly – 3 times a day for around a month and noticed a huge difference in my dmeanor. I felt more calm, relaxed, able to feel less stressed. It was very helpful to me during the winter Holiday Season where I tend to have a lot of social anxiety.Taste was a little like black licorice at first (which I am not a fan of) but I have grown to tolerate/like the flavor.

Tastes good, works fast, and substantially reduced my anxiety. Only downside, it gave me very weird and vivid dreams but that will probably vary from person to person.

I was having a hard time with hormones and I felt like I was always in a state of frantic from it. When I use this, with in minutes I can feel relaxed. I also use it before bed and it helps me sleep better. I love that its natural.

Not as strong as I was hoping it would be. Tastes like honey, not bad. Does help me relax, but not really what I was looking for personally. I would buy regular kava root powder and prepare it myself next time. For the sale it was on, it was worth the money. I think it’s a good product for people who are new to kava and wanting to see what it’s all about. Easy to use. Not for me, but not a bad product.

Not effective at all; supplement snake oil good for a placebo
Not enough kava or the correct kind maybe to have any tangible effect. No relaxing or calming effects, or any help with sleep. I took the suggested dropper full for their directed dosage amount and nothing… took another, nope; drank half the bottle in one go finally because I was sure nothing would happen and yeps Nothing did.

Didn’t expect this to work so well. I made mocktails and added this. It’s not a drunken buzz as some ppl said. However, if you want to sleep like a rock… this is it! I was so relaxed and when I went to sleep I fell right off to sleep and woke up in the morning. Ita usually hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I definitely will recommend.

I would save my money
I didn’t feel any difference in my emotional or mental state. I didn’t feel tired nor more relaxed. Maybe a powdered form would work better for me.
