Great Product
LOVE it. Bought it because heat rises and I felt it would be warmer than electric blanket. My feet are always freezing and I love the separate zone settings. It doesn’t take very much heat right now, but I can’t wait to try it this winter!

very comfortable and worth the price
This heated mattress pad is perfect for someone like me who doesn’t like crawling into an icy sheet on a cold evening, it heats up super fast—within a few minutes, my bed feels warm and cozy. you can adjust the heat level according to your preference so it’s not too cold or too hot.One of my favorite things about it is how I can change different heat temperatures for my body and foot sections. I love it when I can have warm feet without overheating my body! It also has an auto shut-off function so I don’t have to worry about forgetting to turn it off when I fall asleep. The cover is soft and washable, which is super handy and the controls are touch screens, I like the design coz it looks so chic. I’d 100% recommend getting one of these.

Works mostly as advertised; like it, but have some issues
It works. It’s warm. But it could be designed better and, aside from that, it may not be the best choice if you have a lot of temperature fluctuations.First, for anyone who wonders: I have the Twin XL and the cord comes out of the upper left corner. That is, if I’m lying on my back in bed, the cord will be at my right ear/shoulder. The cord comes out of the mattress pad and I cut a hole in an old bottom sheet so the cord can come straight out, unimpeded, and uncovered, and then the cord runs straight to the control (there’s a good amount of slack until the control box, like 6 feet at least) and then the cord continues from the control box to the plug (another good long stretch of cord). But I do find the cord to the control box to be awkward to deal with. It’s thick and stiff (i.e. well insulated) and hard to place it so you can reach it at night, especially since I like to change the temp many times during the night.Next, as others have mentioned the control panel is a bit fiddly. But I’ve found a light tap lights up the on/off button and a solid press of that button lights up the controls reliably. What’s fiddly are the foot/body buttons mostly because they’re small and you only need a light press. I often hit it inaccurately or with not enough force, especially when I’m sleepy. And you have to cycle all the way through the numbers in one direction. And yes, the control box is WAY TOO BRIGHT AND ALWAYS ON. What on earth. Who would design it that way? If I want it in easy reach throughout the night, it’s always shining in my face. Sigh.Heating: Love the zoned heating. I have a freezing bedroom and I’m glad I bought this electric pad. But, I find the lowest setting (1) on the body portion is often not low enough and then 2 is always way too warm. But somehow OFF is always too cold. The foot portion has a better range of temps. I keep it between 3-5 with extra blankets on top.For anyone who is as irritated by fluctuating body temperatures as I am, who has found a hot water bottle to be insufficient as I did, I’ll just say this: I half wish I had looked into a smaller, mobile heating pad that I could move around throughout the night and turn on and off or up and down while remaining under the covers. It would have its own drawbacks, but it would allow me to cool down more quickly when I begin to overheat and would supply a quick burst of heat when and where I need it most. So, I like this mattress pad. It basically works as advertised, but sometimes when I wake up too warm I cannot get away from the heat quickly enough because every inch of the bed is warm, even under my pillow, and throwing off the blankets doesn’t help fast enough.

Perfect for Cold Nights
I absolutely love this waterproof heated mattress pad! It has completely transformed my sleep experience during colder months. The best feature is the separate controls for each side of the bed, which means my partner and I can adjust our temperatures independently. I can heat just the top half, the bottom half, or both sides at once – so versatile! The pad offers nine different heat settings, giving you full control over your comfort level. Whether I want a gentle warmth to take the chill off or a cozy, toasty bed to crawl into, there’s an option for every preference. Plus, the built-in timer is fantastic for saving energy—I can set it to automatically turn off after a few hours, so I don’t have to worry about it running all night. The waterproof feature is also a big plus. It’s reassuring to know that the mattress pad is protected from spills or accidents, and it’s still very soft and comfortable to sleep on.Overall, this heated mattress pad is a game-changer for cold weather. It’s easy to use, has plenty of customization options, and adds a whole new level of comfort to my bed. Highly recommend!

Makes for a Cozy bed
We like these very much. Great for a cool night, getting into a cozy bed.

Couldn’t smooth it out
This pad appears to have two layers – a base layer, and the top layer containing the wires. The base layer is smaller than the top layer, making it impossible to smooth out the top layer.Otherwise it works well.

Marriage saver
Might be one of my best purchases. My husband has lost 100 lbs and is always cold. I’m perimenopausal and always hot. This allows him to stay warm when all my fans are going.

Cord too short
Cord was not long enough for the controller to sit on the bedside table. It plugs in at the foot of the mattress pad, then there’s not enough length for the controller to reach the head of the bed and lay on the nightstand. And there’s no way to know this design flaw before ordering. Now I have to fold it back up and take it to the UPS store for return. Who designs these things?

Love this heated mattress pad. Wife has neuropathy in feet, always cold feeling. So heated pad really helps

Feet toasty warm, nice and cool at the top.

Works great and gets pretty hot. You can kind of feel the wires a little but it’s a minor thing. Had two zones. Note that you’ll need to plug it in with two sockets. One on each side of the bed.
