Very Effective
My wife takes one pill a night and swears that these pills help her to get to sleep faster, but do not leave her groggy like a prescription sleeping pill does. She insists that we always have them on hand.

Have only tried this the past couple of nights, but I can definitely say that I haven’t slept that well in a very long time. I tried melatonin alone, but it always left me “foggy” in the morning. Native Remedies has such a great combination of “relaxing” ingredients, I’ve been waking up energized without that “hangover” effect.

Sleep without morning groginess
I am constantly looking for a natural sleep aid and this worked to help me fall asleep. I did wake up to use the bathroom, but was able to get back to sleep for 8 hours of sleep without any grogginess.

Horrible sleep supplement
This product did not work for me at all, other than to give me stomach distress. My sleep quality did not improve at all. Definitely, side effects included stomach distress, poor sleep quality, not worth the money. My bad for buying this from a celebrity versus a highly recommended company like Thorne. I would love to return this but I know you can’t usually return a supplement.
