Empty Cuff before storage. This product should be stored in a temperature range from – 10C to 30°C, relative humidity is not more than 80%, well ventilated room.

Troubleshooting Low or no pressure

1. Please make sure the cooler has ice and water filled to the line indicated inside the cooler.

2. Please make sure the air vent is open.

3. Please make sure that the threads of the lid and cooler match, and do not overtighten.

There is water on the surface of the wrap

1. Please confirm whether it is condensed water.

2. If the wrap leaks, stop using it, immediately and contact the merchant for repair.

How To Use

1. Connect Hose and Cooler

2. Add water and ice according to the markings on the bucket wall

3. Place the insulation layer on ice

4. Tighten the Cooler bucket lid

5. Wear the cuffs (requiring a thin cloth as a barrier) and stick Velcro on

6. Connect Hose and Cuff

7. Open the Air Pump Connection

8. Connect Air Pump and Air Pump Connection with Air Tub, then connect the power

9. Press the On/Off button to turn on the Air Pump power, then press the “+” and “-” buttons to select the desired gear

10.After using, untie the cuff, take it off

11.Drain Cuff water back to Cooler

12.Disconnect Cuff from Hose.

The entire cold compress process will last for 30 minutes, during which a continuous cycle of cold therapy and pressure will be applied based on the pressure level you have selected. After 30 minutes, you can choose to reopen as needed.

When you don’t feel cold enough:

1. Add some ice cubes and adjust the ratio of water to ice

2. Cuff a little tighter

3. Use a thin layer of insulation between Cuff and skin. Don’t wear thick pants or socks
