Delicious flavor and helps me relax
These gummies have been a life saver for sleeping and relaxing/unwinding before bed. I have found that the strawberry flavor is amazing and the texture reminds me of just a regular gummy bear candy. They’re super yummy but most importantly, I’ve noticed how much more relaxed I am before bed. I would definitely recommend this product!

Helped My Leg Cramps
I take this for my leg cramps. I read online somewhere that magnesium was good for leg cramps. I was having multiple, painful leg cramps every night. Couldn’t hurt to try it, right? After about a week of taking it, my cramps have become very rare. Super happy I tried it. (I’m not a doctor and don’t know why this works for me.)

Wonderful product
These really seem to help with my restless legs. I take to around 4 PM and then my other pills and most nights I get relief but I have noticed a difference since I’ve been taking these. So I really think they help. Also, being gummies I don’t have to take huge pills that get stuck in my throat.

The product seems to work and be effective. Helps me sleep and relax at night. The gummies are not as soft as others I have tried and probably won’t order again, while they are effective (thus the four stars) they get stuck in my teeth and are more difficult to chew. Again. They seem to be effective just not my particular taste.
