Took me years before I found this miracle NATURAL product
This stuff puts me in a REALLY deep sleep. I have been a light sleeper my whole life. I am a 40yo female who has problems getting quality sleep due to back and muscle pain. This is the only thing I have found that will put me in deep sleep stage w/o the morning hangover. I have tried MANY products! (prescription, OTC, and combinations). This one definitely works for me!That being said, it works SO well; I found it is better to use it on weekends when I know I have the luxury of 8+ hours to spend sleeping. I wish I could use it more often, but I have 2 small children and sometimes I need to wake up in the middle of the night for them. I actually prefer this sleep formula to pharmaceuticals, and I work in the medical field! I get very little morning grogginess with this and NO dry mouth. When I use this, it is really the only time when I get that “WOW, that was a good night’s sleep”, and feel refreshed & re-charged in the morning. If I could have a whole week with this stuff every night for 7 days, I swear I would be a NEW woman!If you are having trouble sleeping (esp if you are having leg cramps or headaches too), add a quality magnesium product first (like Mg malate, Mg taurinate, or Mg glycinate). Then add this stuff. You will have the best night’s sleep you have ever had!Every night before bed I take:1 Magnesium malate1 Fish Oil1 claritin (for post nasal drip from dust mite allergies)with 8 oz of water(+1 Enzymatic Therapy Revitalzing Sleep Formula – Fri & Sat only)All this has REALLY improved my energy levels. It has decreased my pain from back injury and fibromyalgia. If you are on the hunt for a sleep product, try this one. It took me several years of searching before I found this. Did not work
Unfortunately this product did not work for me. I was very hopeful after reading all the reviews. Strangely, it made me feel energized and awake, which is the opposite of what you want! I have been struggling to sleep for years now and have tried everything! I don’t even consume caffeine anymore in an effort to try to get some sleep. I also make sure to work out regularly, but it seems there is no cure for my sleeplessness and I refuse to go down the pharmaceutical route. The search continues.

It Works!
I have been having difficulty falling to sleep for a long while. IOnce I decided I needed help, I researched items and went with this due to its natural ingredients. I found that I had to experiment with the correct amount before I found relief. IThe suggestion was for 1-4 pills nightly and so my first attempt was to start with the lowest number which did not work. Then tried 3 pills and was sleepy for two days! Finally two pills nightly thus far is working well. I fall asleep quickly, sleep deeply and wake up refreshed. I recommend this product.
