Therapeutic thermal Effective – Relieves Neck and Should Pain Comfortable Wrap
The Material is soft, comfortable fit around neck and shoulders. Holds heat after 1.5 – 2 min in microwave for a good length 20-30 minutes. A Very good product and well made. This product has a heavier weight than most wraps, but it actually feels very good and stays in place. The heating materials are scented slightly with sometimes lavender. If you have allergies check the filling materials.

Amazing neck relief
The material is soft and fits comfortably around the neck and shoulder area. My son likes to use it after working his cows. It holds the heat well and has been used every day since it was delivered. So far it seems durable and it stays in place. I wish it had a better smell than it does, but it doesn’t stop us from using it. This item is so versatile and we’ve used it for neck, shoulders, and even knee pain relief. It’s a great value for the price and an item we love having in hand. I like that I can pick which side I want it on materiel wise depending on if I want the fleece or T-shirt material side. So far the fleece side has been my go to. With our microwaved we heated it for 1 minute on 1 side and went ahead and did another 45 seconds on the other and it’s the perfect temperature. It held the heat right around 30 minutes and the weight is the perfect weight for sore muscles.

Efficient relief
This heating pad works really well and has become a regular part of my routine for relieving shoulder tension and easing headaches. It heats up quickly in the microwave, retains warmth for a good amount of time, and contours nicely around the neck and shoulders for targeted comfort.That said, even after dozens of uses, it still has a noticeable smell, not overpowering or unpleasant, but definitely still there. Amazing Coverage of Problem Areas
I have suffered from painfully tight neck and shoulder muscles for years. Really suffered! I take prescription muscle relaxers and pain pills, use CBD pain cream, and I’ve allowed myself to be shot up with botox every three months for many years. But I haven’t gotten the heat part right until now. I’ve tried heating pads, which won’t contour to the are enough for the heat to do any good. I tried an electric heat pad that wrapped around my neck and shoulder area, but I had the same problem of getting good contact and heat transfer because it was made for larger people than I am – and it covered so much area that I seriously overheated. Then I bought a little pillow you put in the microwave, which contoured but didn’t stay in place. Then someone told me there are weighted products that go around your neck, which lead me to this product. When I saw the photo, I got my hopes up because the “twin tube” design goes up the side of your neck aways, which is one of the places that I have pain that’s hard to get a heating pad in contact with. Then it goes down over the shoulders, where I have a ton of pain. It covers the whole painful area without roasting me! It feels so great on my poor muscles. It stays warm for a while, but if you want it hot hot, you need to reheat it repeatedly. I don’t care. This thing rocks! It also looks good, and the medium blue is a nice color. It has a pleasant smell, almost like grain. The fleece side feels nice against my skin, and the product would also work to warm you up if you’re chilly. I’m going to tell my doctor about these! If you suffer from neck pain or pain on the top of your shoulders, give this a try. You’ll be glad you did.

Not like others
I very rarely review what I buy. When I do, it’s either because something is really great – 5 stars – or really bad – 1 star; and then usually only after I have had something for a while to make sure it hasn’t broken or fallen apart within the first 6 months.I’m making an exception here because I love this thing. I have other hot/cold packs; they’re usually filled with some kind of gel. They all generally do the job, but are variously easy/difficult to keep in place where you want it.I like this one best because it’s filled with seeds and because it stays in place without my needing to wrap an uncomfortable elastic strap to keep it there.There are three things that are nice about the seeds: one, they are not liquid so the material that holds them doesn’t have to be plasticky and impermeable. It’s breathable and soft instead, fleecy but thin. This means that the moisture in the seeds can come through, which helps to distribute the heat. Two, the seeds get warm evenly and don’t seem to ever get too hot, which is a downside of the gel stuff. Three – and this was a nice surprise – when you warm this up, it gives off a lovely earthy smell – like oatmeal. It reminds me of of my grandma, and it is soothing – just what you want when you’re trying to reduce pain.The shape and size make it so that you can wrap it around your neck and it’ll stay there. You can also drape it over one shoulder and it’ll stay there. You don’t even need to engage the elastic. So I can go about my business around the house and it stays in place. This is important because the last thing you want is to be unconsciously using your muscles in order to keep it in place.I’ve gone to sleep with it wrapped around my neck. It was wonderful. I’d buy it again.
