Helps with A.D.H.D. sleep issues!!
Writing this because it’s just been a lifesaver for me in regards to sleep. I have adhd. Mind never shuts off for a second, and if I can’t fall asleep by 3 am, it means I’m pulling an all-nighter. However, there are things like melatonin that alleviate some of these issues, but the main reason I mentioned adhd is because I commonly forget to take supplements or vitamins- but these taste so good that they give me an incentive to remember. Technically speaking, I’d say that they stimulate me enough to remember to take them.Either way, within 20 minutes or the time it takes to drink a glass of milk slowly, I’m knocked out, and I get a much better and deeper sleep.100% worth trying if you have issues with insomnia for any reason, but the help adhd and remembering to take it is key. Delicious and helpful
I picked up a little box of these at Whole Foods on a whim- chocolate to help you sleep? Awesome! Turns out, they ARE! I’d taken melatonin before, but the dosage I took was 3mg, and it left me groggy and made it hard to wake up, so I only took them when I absolutely had to. These, each chocolate is 1 mg, so it’s easy to adjust your dose to your need. I generally have just one at night, and it’s enough to actually make me drowsy a few minutes later, so I actually turn off my computer or put down my phone and get ready for bed (I set an alarm to remind me to take it- oh ADHD brain!). It’s not too strong, so if I need to, or am feeling particularly stubborn about bedtime, like a grownup, I can stay awake, but it’s enough to help me drift off and actually stay asleep a bit better. Obviously, each person’s biology is different, so your results and dose will vary form mine. Anyhoo, I’m writing this as I prepare to order my second big jar of them- I 100% recommend them. Oh, and they’re delicious too!

Great for Autistic Kids
My son is autistic and has Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome. The low dose of melatonin is perfect to help kickstart the sleep cycle for him at night. Being packaged in a chocolate makes it a treat to take. He even enjoys the sleepy moon on the front. I keep them up high and away from him in the cupboard, but I also am not too afraid of him eating too many. There aren’t any ingredients that would hurt him too badly beyond a long nap and a tummy ache.Seriously, I had a very hard time with flavors. I tried liquid, I tried grape chewables, I tried hiding it in drinks and food. This has been the best option for a smooth bedtime transition and getting my boy the sleep he needs without hours of fighting a cranky booger.Fully recommend.

Came BROKEN AND MELTED, TWICE.
We normally love this product, since it’s tastes just like m&m’s and you can adjust the amount you take, but we ordered again and we could see the pieces were shattered and melted before even opening. We weren’t able to request a replacement and were forced to get a refund and purchase again. The second bottle came in and it was the EXACT SAME, BROKEN AND MELTED. The seller and/or Amazon needs to package this product better because it came in the normal envelope without bubble wrap or an ice pack or anything, so go figure why it arrived this way.

Great product that works!
This really works for me. I don’t need it every night, but it’s so helpful when I do. The company does try to keep it cool if you order in the summer. I live in Phoenix so I try to keep that in mind. I recommend ordering before the heat of the summer or after just in case.
