Works well – love the heat feature
I like this massager. It helps to relax those tight muscles and has just the right amount of power for me. I’ve bought others that gave too much of a punch and they hurt but I’m an older lady(74yrs} and I don’t have the muscle tone I used to. I use it frequently. This is my 3rd Wahls massager. I’ve had 3 over the last 25 yrs so they do last.

Multi-Purpose Vibrator
This massage vibrator was purchased as a result of a hand injury in a fall and also recommended by my Physical Therapist to massage the hand to recover from a hand injury. I upgraded to this model because it has more features and attachments, which can be used for therapy of tired muscles. It has a variable speed and attachment that also provides for a heated massage if needed. Highly recommend this unit.

Flimsy product – Missing attachments – hardly any heat – quickly stops vibrating as forcefully
I received this item — with missing pieces, mind you — just a few days ago and quickly noticed that it has started to lose its vibration force. This is only after a few days of brief usage. I suspect the product will not last long; another reviewer even mentioned that it simply stopped working after a few months.There was no option on Amazon for me to receive the missing pieces; I could only refund the whole product but since I don’t live on mainland US it would take — as per the customer service associate — at least a few weeks to carry out the whole return and replacement process.All things considered, I would’ve much rather preferred not to have purchased this item even with the all of the attachments included.Would’ve definitely not bought this nearly $80 device had I known how flimsy it would be. For a few dollars more you could purchase a much sturdier model from another brand.Lastly, the heat function is, frankly, laughable. It should’ve been labeled “small spot of mild warmth” because only a small spot on the heat attachment has any actual mild warmth; and I do mean *quite* mild.

I purchased this massager for my wife so that we could use it on each other. We have issues with stiffness after we work outside around the house. This is perfect because it has powerful variable settings that is necessary depending on what part of our body needs attention. We never feel like this is too bulky or heavy. It is just right and the cost is fair.

Not powerful enough and noisy
I bought this massager based on the reviews and the heat. I’m confused by the high reviews. Some of you must have never had a great massager before. I had a great one for 10 years and the cord broke and I threw it away and I can’t find the same one I had before. This one doesn’t quite have the power and when you push down to get the deep tissue massage it rattles and the heat….there is only one piece that uses heat, the big flat round one. I was so excited when this came in today and I was disappointed just as fast. I’m just at a loss for words. I bought a cordless massager and it dies quickly and just off for no reason so I bought this corded massager thinking it would be a game changer and man was I wrong. If you are looking for a DEEP tissue massager, this is not the one.

Good value for money and easy setup and interchange of attachmentsThe heated disc was a bit tricky to attach due to lining up lugs into hole but once done a few times became easier

OMG. Will return this product. Opened it and turned onto lowest setting… was like I was holding a jack hammer. Vibration and noise epic. I struggle with my hands.. this has caused me pain. My husband tried it and he freaked too.. so wasn’t just me. It’s not made for Australian plugs either so he sure you have a travel adapter. The facial massage attachment looks like a windscreen sucker.. and hurts like hell! Why would you sell this product? Have you tested it on humans lately?
