Customers say
Customers find the scrotal support effective for pain relief, particularly after surgery, and appreciate its comfort and support, with one noting it’s better than a jock strap. The product receives positive feedback for its fit, with one customer mentioning it can accommodate gauze or bandages. While some customers say it holds things in place well, others report it doesn’t stay in place properly. Customers disagree on the sizing, with some finding the small size too large, and opinions on value are divided between those who consider it worth the money and those who think it’s overpriced.

Perfect for Baseball, Weights+Gym, Running, Racquet Sports, Basketball, etc.
A Tonus Elast suspensory jock is perfect in light-contact/non-contact sports. Supports+protects your balls from shifting motion/torsion better than compression shorts or a traditional jock. Simpler, cooler, drier, won’t squeeze. Opening allows a quick pee between sports/workouts. No leg-straps, won’t chafe. Worn under shorts: weights/gym, cross-training, basketball, volleyball, running, soccer (if no jock+cup), track&field, racquet sports. Under gear: wrestling, motor & mountain biking, softball/baseball (except catcher), climbing, cycling, pro-skateboarding, spinning, horse riding, skiing, snowboarding. Flexible waist adjusts easy, trim-off: excess length+small flap. Small = best fit: teens/adults. Medium = looser fit, or if you’re a bit above average.MEN’S SPORTS GEAR: Use a Fitbit to track fitness. Under Armour Men’s Tech Graphic Shorts or Brokig Lightweight Gym Shorts. Manscaped shavers are popular with athletes to keep chest clean-shaven & groin shaved or at least well-trimmed for hygiene & sports comfort. Wear a traditional jock+cup in hockey, football, MMA, baseball (catcher), boxing, lacrosse, soccer, but a Tonus Elast suspensory jock in non-contact sports. Machine-wash socks+jocks in warm water in a small mesh laundry bag with zipper. Air-dry. Softens, 1st wash. Comfortable for demanding physical work, sports, or to sleep. At times, sold-out. If active in sports, keep a couple extra gym shirts, socks+jocks in your locker

Great Support for Post Orchiectomy Surgery
I purchased this scrotal support for post Orchiectomy recovery (Testicular Cancer). It has worked great, and I find it very comfortable. The fabric is high quality, soft and the strap stays in place. When purchasing for post operative support, be advised that the inguinal incision most likely will be located under the side strap and it may cause minor discomfort. I used a light gauze in the area to relieve the direct pressure on the incision. Another consideration is size. After the removal of a testicle there will be some inflammation that will gradually decrease. For proper support, if you used to be “baseball size” a smaller size may give better support. Take your time to do the research and selection, once the package is opened it cannot be returned due to sanitary concerns. I normally don’t leave product reviews, but this one deserves some kudos. I hope other patients can benefit from my review, best of luck with your recovery.

YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED !!!
First of all. The item you receive is not what is pictured in the advertisement. The clip on the side is very cheep and slides which reduces the effectiveness of the support. The one I received was of a very cheap quality that you could buy at a local drug store and does not even come close to looking like what I ordered.I am using it because it is all I had at the time.

Better think about that sizing first
The waist is quite variable, and is not a problem. The ENTIRE thing you should focus on is the cup size. Material is VERY soft (and comfortable) but I wish I had a way to snug it up tighter. I like it, but because I didn’t order the exact size I need, it’s not that useful to me. Wish it had some adjustment for the cup size, because that is…. very important.

Perfect for Hubby
I bought this for my husband after he had surgery on a varicose vein in his testicle. The doctor recommended that he keep the scrotum elevated and this did just that. My husband only wore it for a few hours as he is a big and tall guy and the sizing is hard with him because he is tall but also wide but also big.

Firm push-up support from undercarriage reduces discomfort
Like most folks I got this after surgery for better support. Jockstraps push down, ball hammock underwear that cradles underneath is good, but the best support was this item. The waist band adjusts on the left side with a bit of extra fabric to pad the plastic. The pouch is stretchy, soft, and tight mesh. Above it is an elastic band. The pouch itself (I got the small) isn’t the support, it’s the area behind it that slips under your sack that gives the support. That’s a more rigid, but comfortable strip of fabric that doesn’t stretch. Seems like the theory behind under-wire bras, and the support and lack of pain while healing is excellent. It only feels tight when the waist band is not level; I had a tendency to hike it up which is totally unnecessary. The plastic clasp has been solid for me, I don’t change the size once fitted and am not wearing much over it as I’m home recuperating. Yeah, it costs a bit more than a jock, but the lift up at the right spot makes it worth it to me.

Well made and very comfortable-I’ve bought three now.
This is what I’ve been looking for. I have sensitive skin and perspire a bit which creates similar to bed sores. This is not what these were made for but I am sure glad they work for what I need them for. They do the trick, a barrier between that breathes. These work great and is very comfortable.

Inaccurate Sizing
Well made item, but the description of what fits in the pouch is inaccurate. Pouch is MUCH smaller than as described.

Pretty happy with this product. Searched a lot of different places online and virtually to find the right product. Also tried two other products that were not the best (metal clips and did not fit as advertised) from competitors. This one was by far the most comfortable and well supported. I’m 6’5 as well so fit was the most important aspect. Been using it for a few weeks now and no issues. Definitely a relief from the discomfort!

Good support. I had a hematoma after surgery. This device got me through the worst stretch and is helping me recover much easier. Walking without it is almost unbearable. But with it I’m able to get around pretty well.
