I am in love with this product.I’ve tried every probiotic and stomach fix on the block after my doctor told me I probably had a form of IBS-C and drinking Metamucil would help.WRONG.BUT THESE?!? THESE WORK!They have helped my stomach issues so much in addition to some dietary changes and I’m sure they’d work even better paired with their other products.This product also helps me sleep, I have high functioning anxiety and sleeping becomes difficult sometimes. I feel these kick in about 30 minutes after I take them, and melatonin has never worked for me before so I was skeptical about any kind of “sleep aid”.Everyone’s body is different but I would highly recommend these to anyone who will listen. I just ordered my third bottle.

If you read the benefits of any supplement you’ll find that no matter what you take it’ll cure baldness, fix the national debt, make you lose 30 lbs of fat but add 10 lbs of muscle, all from taking a small little pill. Truth is I’ve never found a supplement to do much but the benefits of this supplement seemed a worthwhile try.It’s been a week taking Healthy Gut Reset PM | 60 Veggie Caps | Supports Gut Health and Relaxation + Sleep-Wake Cycle | L-Glutamine, Licorice Root, Slippery Elm Root, Melatonin and More! 30 Servings/60 Capsules and no noticeable change in…. anything? Maybe it’s too early in the process, any maybe people are getting a placebo boost form these pills, but I’ll continue my regimen with them and see how/if anything changes.The pills in general are an average size, no unusual odors, packaged tight with no debris in the bottle. Overall nothing exceptional, good or bad, about the supplement so far.

Look, I’m taking it anyway. I think that the only way for you to see as to whether or not this product will work for you is that you have to take it. And, you have to take it without any other vitamins or mineral supplements so that you can fully test it to see if it actually helps you or not.Admittedly, I’m lazy about this sort of thing. I take a lot of vitamins and mineral supplements every morning (or in the evenings, depending on what my nutritionist suggests based on what each vitamin or mineral does for my body at different times of the day) and then I go about my day, not even thinking about all that stuff I just swallowed.You’re going to have to make your own decision as to whether or not you’re going to add this to your regimen.

Healthy gut reset..
Not sure about the whole “reset” thing since I don’t really even notice a difference from when I do take these and from when I do not. Even as for the sleep aspect of it, did nothing for me.. no difference whatsoever, didn’t feel more tired even after an hour after taking these in the evening, and still woke up multiple times during the night, as usual. And I do not take any other sleeping aide or melatonin or anything else either. Lets hope the rest of the benefits may be working on the inside? Still hopeful.
