I recently ordered this Greenworks Nature’s Rest – Advanced Daily Sleep Support with Valerian, Chamomile, Passionflower, Ashwagandha, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Hops Flower & Jujube Seed – Organic, Vegan, Non-GMO (30 Servings) and like most sleep supplements they work with body chemisty and it also depends on how the day itself has been. But this has good quality ingredients for rest.

Gently effective
I find this Greenworks’ sleep supplement to be “gently effective”. It has helped me fall asleep more easily and wake up mostly without grogginess.Over the three weeks that I have tried it (I’ve used it about 3 to 4 times each week), it has helped me fall asleep and stay asleep about 90% of the time. The times that it did not work were when I was either very stressed by life events or overly caffeinated.With one exception, I never felt groggy upon waking up. The one morning that I did feel groggy was when I took this after waking up at 3am. When I had to get up for work at 7, I was groggy. I am not sure if that is due to this supplement or due to my overall bad sleep that night.Finally, these capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach. I can take these and then lie down without any discomfort or reflux/burping.

Natural sleeping Aid
Note: this is a sleeping Aid. Not a sleeping pill. So it’s not going to knock you out. Nor is it going to make you feel groggy, or left over the next morning. This is a sleeping aid that allows you to relax, and feel more calm. Which is great for us more intense, and higher strung people lol. This product has done wonders for allowing me to fully relax, and feel calm enough for a good nights sleep. I do less tossing and turning when I take this. This has been very effective for me. Allows me to awaken feeling better rested. Best of all, it is made with natural ingredients. I’m all for natural ingredients. It comes very nicely, and well packaged.

As part of my healthy lifestyle, diet, and selective nutritional supplementation, I ordered this sleep formula by Greenworks to support my sleep and overall health. It is made up of a blend of 8 organic botanicals, herbs and adaptogens designed to help you fall asleep and wake up feeling refreshed. I do like that this formulation is all about clean ingredients. It is Organic, Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy Free, Gluten Free , Soy Free and Non GMO. It is made here in the USA in an FDA Registered facility following strict GMP standards. What is favorable to know is that this supplement includes exact dosages for every ingredient, so you know what you are getting. Other product’s formulas combine ingredients and call it a proprietary blend. I am taking as suggested 2 vegan capsules with water 30 minutes before bedtime. Although everyone may react and notice the benefits differently, after taking this for more than a week, I can say I am feeling some slight calmness so far, nothing more. One other comment I want to share is that initially when my product arrived from Amazon, I observed this product was uniquely presented unlike most any other supplements I’ve taken or seen. It came packed in a small burlap type bag with a dark colored glass bottle containing the capsules sealed and capped with a simulated cork type cap. It does make a nice impression adding to the perceived quality and likely to the overall product cost. In closing, what I can say is from the quality of the individual Organic ingredients and overall targeted formula to help enhance your sleep, it may work more effectively for you.
