This blanket is so nice. It has lots of heating levels. It’s very thick and cozy. I have had many electric blankets over the years and just bought this one after my last one died and this one is so much nicer. It just feels nicer than others I’ve had. 10/10 recommend.

Love the soft feel
It very soft and comfortable, the heat is great, I used it on the second level. I haven’t washed it as yet so I don’t know how it will hold but as of now the material is awesome and no shedding. The wires are a bit much as it has two heating controls however it’s pretty big and can cover 2 people easily.

I unfortunately deal with muscle cramps at night, no matter how hydrated I am. They’re painful to the point of crying. The one sure thing that helps is applied heat. While standard blankets help, heating pads and heating blankets work best. I’ve had small throws that work, but only cover part of me. This full length, twin size blanket is the real deal. I keep it on my bed at all times. Thick and fluffy, but not too heavy. The layers are thick enough that you don’t really feel the wires. Most nights I don’t need to turn it on as it keeps out the cold. But when I do, it’s quick and even. Never really have to go about first or second setting, but the higher levels work great. The plug that goes into the blanket is great as it locks in and is not easy to disconnect; so when you’re moving at night, it stays plugged in. The power control is low enough on the cord that it stays on the floor and the cord is really long too, which has been super helpful. I’ve washed it a few times and it’s come out working just fine–just be sure to follow the instructions. Overall, my favorite heating blanket to date! I’ll be getting others for other beds and the couch!

Overall dependability with some drawbacks
I am a repeat buyer of these blankets. I have several; I have three twin and one throw. My children each have a twin, while the throw hangs out on the couch, and I use the last twin. I appreciate the blankets for several reasons, even though there are some caveats. I will cover all these in a bit. First, let’s cover the pros. To begin, the blankets provide enough comfortable heat for us in Arizona fall and winters. They are soft, comfortable, and reliable. They keep warm all night, and as someone who struggles with nerve pain and arthritis in the cold, they have been a lifesaver. Since the material is thick, I would guess these blankets would also work in colder weather as well. Our temps dipped into the low 30s some nights, and these kept us toasty. As for safety, these heating blankets are tried and true. They have never shorted out and have never sparked or posed a fire risk. Our pups love them as well. In fact, I often have to jockey for position under the blanket with our three tiny terrors because the twin is a tight fit. If you have large dogs, size up. Consider this a warning… Now, let’s cover the cons. Although I love these blankets and have bought them repeatedly, they do not hold up well with washing. My navy blue blanket in a twin size did not last a season after being run though the delicate cycle on cold. The stitching along the bottom split, exposing the internal wires. I could have sewn it shut, but this was a hassle and could not guarantee the same stitching would not break again. However, my son’s gray blanket in a twin size did NOT split when washed. It seems the quality may vary with each product. Considering I only spent 29.99 on sale, I wasn’t too upset with seven months’ heavy use of a blanket. It would have been nice to get more than one season of use, but no such luck. Another con is in regard to the fabric. Since the blanket uses a sherpa lining, it can become rough and scratchy with use. Make sure to use fabric softener to help prevent this. Overall, I do recommend this blanket when compared to other costlier products. These have proved mostly reliable, sturdy, comfortable, and warm. Despite my one bad experience with shoddy craftsmanship, the other blankets I bought are still working and doing their job.

On a cold night, a warm couch upon which to cuddle is such a joy. I buy a couple new electric throw blankets every year. This year a third.Nix the 5 stars opinion. This silly, 32- buck, round burrito tortilla throw is not so plush and neither does it get better than mildly warm if bunched up while set on High. The lights show it has full power. It only has a thin velure or micro fleece fabric on both sides. Nothing cozy or cuddly about it. Cool to the touch. I feel like am the heating element.Heating wire goes to about 6 inches from the edge. It comes with warnings against making a taco or burrito with it by tucking it in around myself. Disappointment. Doubling it up, bunched up, does improve on warmth but now it’s only a quesadilla or a chip in size with me spread underneath, and nervous. I was warned don’t mess around.That’s misleading advertising for me. It has an unappetizing odor but that’s all a matter of taste. It seems to have stopped heating after a few minutes and I restarted it. It came vacuum packed so there is no way to repackage it in the original wrapping. It has 5 heat settings and an automatic 10-hour timer. No other time control. I am warned to keep the controller out in the open to avoid mishap.The other two throws, each one a “Cuscious brand plush throw” is to the contrary. At 25 bucks (prime days) to 42 bucks (on cold days), each has this same wire technology, but with an upscale controller and MUCH warmer. And those other lap blankets are much more plush. In side-by-side comparison, they’re worth the extra cost.

GREAT Value!
Originally, I wanted to get a name brand heated blanket, but they are so expensive! Save your money and get this one instead. This heating blanket is amazing. It has multiple heat levels you can select and can get very warm if you want! It’s a great larger size for snuggling. The fabric is really thick and soft, a way better value than some of the expensive name brand blankets. I’ve been using it for several months and it’s working awesome. The only downside is now I’m cold when it’s not on me.

This is a fairly heavy duty heated blanket since it’s 2 fluffy thick layers and this thing really puts out the heat! I find just the lowest setting is more than hot enough!! This is probably the fourth heated blanket I’ve bought over many years and absolutely the best one I’ve had.
