Works great for A lot of things!
neck icepackLet me tell you a condensed version of a long story…I started buying and trying shoulder/neck hot/cold and ice packs ( I wanted to see what worked best for me). I do suffer from several chronic issues- but for this product I bought this for my shoulder pain (rotator cuff tear), CHRONIC migraines and neck pain that I had surgery for in September 2022, (yay gymnastics as a kid and 16yrs as a massage therapist). I needed a product that was versatile I was tired of the freezer FULL of ice packs, frozen water bottles and even a polar care- along with heating pads. Needless to say I was expecting A LOT from one item and this wrap has delivered on all things! here’s a list of my experience…Please note I tried out several of these different types of “wraps” before I decided on this one for several different reasons.Pro’s:~Softness/ velor feel~Malleable/flexible in how I can move it around, it has small individual pockets making the whole, instead of being one big pack.~Coverage, it covers more of my neck/shoulder area and coming lower & higher than others I tried all this without irritating my chin/ear area. on my neck then other products I tried. This is great coverage to cover the incision from my cspine surgery and it’s light weight so no pressure on the site~Its a Multitasker, you can heat it in the microwave or freeze. I have used it both ways, some tips play with how best to lay it down/fold up in your freezer.I noticed sometimes when I laid it flat it didn’t freeze all the “pockets” completely so I’ve worked out a better way of putting it in my freezer (everyone’s freezer is different and how they organize it is also)Heat: when microwaving follow the instructions- I started out with 30 seconds and checked it and again played with it to find what worked best for me and my microwave. NOT over heat it you could burn yourself.The cons:•FOR me it doesn’t seem super cold, but remember reading I have chronic pain- I pretty much live on ice (most the time I put ice right in my skin no towel needed)•Heat or cold only lasts about give or take 15/20mins depends on how frozen it is•Not all the pockets freeze all the time•Smells due to it having that soft/velor kind of cover it picks up smells from the freezer and microwave (I have a sensitivity to smells so you may not have an issue and even saying this the smells aren’t a major issue).•Wish the cover was removable to wash (but that’s a catch 22 due to how packs can move around in a cover) I guess you could put it in a extra large Ziploc¿?As you can see in the pictures I do overlap it in the front instead of using the snaps..I have a small neck.I have placed this in different locations: flip it upside down to cover the back of my head it helps my migraines, put on my abdomen, lower back and knees. You can use it on multiple areas of your body (honestly just play around with it, as a massage therapist I always tell my clients to have multi-use products-it saves time and money)Hope this novel helps you with your decision.

Great after a long day
Freezes quickly, super comfortable has great flexibility and easily wraps around your shoulders even after being frozen. The big size makes it great for all body types. Did has have a slight smell out of box that disappeared after a few uses. Very effective as a relax aid after a long hard day. Easy to use.

Comfortable
I needed this for a double shoulder injury, I am a big person and it fits around my neck and covers both shoulders and is not heavy. It holds the temperature for about 45 minutes. I can walk around the house and work with it very comfortably.

Great Icepack for neck and shoulders!
I have a bulging disk in my neck, and use ice to calm the nerves down when I’ve overdone it. As I most often notice the discomfort when im working at my desk, this has been amazing for me, in that it snaps in place and STAYS there (and unlike another that i bought, is not clingy and tight around your neck). It seems fairly sturdy, and is HEAVY, which also helps with it staying and putting pressure where you need it.My only complaints about it so far (i’ve had it about a month) are that the ice packs in it are not gel-like or soft and squishy, but rather hard when frozen, which makes it a bit lumpy. Also, it seems to take a whole lot longer to re-freeze again than it takes to warm up- so when you’re aiming for a 20 on/20 off rotation… it wont be fully frozen again by the time you’re ready to use it. It does stay some level of cold for a good long time, just not that icy chill that I tend to prefer to help with the inflammation.

Enjoying the comfort and flexibility
After a different pack failed, I ordered this one and have used is almost daily for about a month. It is so comfortable compared to the failed pack with stiff edges. This pack has soft edges, reaches right up and conforms to my neck, and has individual ice packs sealed into compartments, making it easy to fold and unfold – even when frozen. Plus I don’t need to put a towel between it and my skin, and with two snaps it stays in place well. Loving it so far!

Covers the neck (back & sides), shoulders and upper back all in One!
This product is awesome! It covers the neck really well. It covers both shoulders and the upper back, so now I can ice all of that at one time! The ice pack has 24 individual sections, which make it fit well for any body. It is comfortable with a nice soft covering, and stays dry. It stays cold an hour or more. There are 2 snaps in front of the neck so you can adjust the size. My husband and I both love it!

Worked Great as an ICE PACK
Love it as an Ice pack. Tried to use it as a heating pad however and the Gel cells blew up and made a mess all over my microwave. I’m under the impression these have a good warranty? If so I would like to replace this one if possible. I love the product I just wish it didn’t blow up on me:( I have really bad neck problems and used this all day daily to help my pain.

Great ice pack for the neck and shoulders, terrible heating pad
This ice and heat pad works like a charm when it comes to soothing my neck. It molds perfectly to the contours of my neck, shoulders, and upper back, and the best part is, it stays in place without requiring me to play the balancing act with my hands. It’s incredibly comfortable, and the outer cloth is thick enough that I don’t need to wrap it in a towel to avoid freezing myself. It’s a win on the ice pad front.However, as a heat pad, it falls short of expectations. Despite following the instructions diligently, I couldn’t get it any hotter than lukewarm, no matter how many times I tried microwaving it back to back. When I checked out the reviews on Amazon, it turns out I’m not alone in experiencing this problem. Seems like it’s a common issue.So, if you’re in need of a reliable neck ice pad, this one is a winner. Just keep in mind that its performance as a heat pad leaves something to be desired.

So I was looking for a products like this to help my migraines (pain often starts in the neck) as well as general severe cervical pain. For me this works really well as it’s soft and cold but doesn’t cause an ice burn, I find it works around my neck in good form without being tight but I also know that for some people it may be too much. It works great for me overall and I find it stays cold for quite some time. I recommend it!

I have bad neck and upper back pain and this does wonders when working around the house or just sitting! The buttons are in a way that it doesn’t fall back and choke you and is lightweight to do dishes or laundry and working on a computer without notice!
