Great portable heating option for shoulder and neck pain
The weight of this neck wrap is perfect, it almost reminded me of a small weighted blanket. I can’t use weighted blankets because I don’t want my dog to get under it and get smothered, so this is a nice option for me to still be able to have some weight on me in a comforting way. I also love that this is not a plug in item, and I can use it wherever and don’t need to be near a plug. It also perfectly covers the neck and shoulder areas, it’s the perfect size.I did struggle with microwaving it. It’s really big, and my microwave is small. I couldn’t lay it out like I was supposed to to warm all areas. So some areas just didn’t get warm. That was the only flaw with this product. I didn’t know how to fix that though because it is the perfect size for doing its job.The heat lasted about 30 minutes. I microwaved it for 2 mins. I wish the heat would last a little longer, but it’s sufficient for mini heat therapy sessions while I’m at my desk or relaxing.I’d definitely recommend this product, even with the microwaving issues. It’s like a nice warm hug around your shoulders.

Very helpful!
My first review was 3/5, because I felt the product didn’t retain heat for a period of time. I’ve found that I was able to double the time in the microwave by flipping it around, and it did help. It stays warm and because it’s weighted, stays put. Would recommend!

Eases muscle pain & stiffness.
I really like this product, I use mine almost every day for pain and stiffness in my neck, upper back and shoulder muscles. Although I received it earlier than expected, which was nice, shipping info is scrambled and still says it’s on its way.My only complaint is that this is the third one I’ve purchased since March of 2017, as the material used for the inside bladder seems too thin and soon splits and allows the seeds to fall out everywhere. Part of the problem might be that you have to fold it to fit inside the microwave. The last one only lasted about a year or so before this happened. I mended it three times over the next several months and then gave up and ordered a new one. Otherwise, it’s a good product that’s made in the USA.

Well worth it!!
This was one of the best purchases I have ever made. This works so well and really sooths the pain in my neck and upper back. This is now an evening ritual for me after sitting at a computer all day. What a difference it makes with my sleep as well. I highly recommend this product. I mistakenly ordered 2 at one time and the owner called to see I really wanted 2 or if I had made a mistake. That is good customer service up front and I very much appreciated it.

Wrap does not actually reach and overhang shoulders.
This is a high quality product, unlike many of the microwave heat wraps currently on the market. It has a removable cover that can be laundered, and the internal pack is sectioned off to keep the filler evenly distributed. However, I purchased it for arthritic shoulders. You can see in the picture that it does reach to the shoulders but I had still hoped it’s coverage would reach down over the shoulders enough to be effective for me. It’s not enough however; my shoulder pain extends down over the shoulders and I would think that would be common for most anyone with arthritic shoulders. For it to be effective as shoulder heat pad, I suggest it be redesigned to overhang the shoulders a bit. I have not have much luck finding such an extended shoulder wrap that is light enough for an arthritic person to handle, has good coverage and is of high quality. Amazon was amazing about the return however. I have to say their business model is tremendous. Despite it not working for me personally as a shoulder wrap, I gave it three stars because of the quality of the product, and because Amazon was so good about the return.

Very liveable.
I like this product because I am not tied down to sitting like a statue. I can move around and still benefit from the heat. Unfortunately I burnt a hole in it last night. First time ever in using this type product for over 20 years. I really had to search for your specific design because it is such a winner!
