Taking Care of Your Pillow How to Prep The pillows arrive compress packed. For good use, prep as below:
Within a week of receiving the pillow，open the plastic wrap and remove the pillows.It would be better to leave the pillow in a dry and ventilated place for 1-2 days.Natural latex pillow have a little natural rubber smell, but it is harmless to human body, the smell will fade away in the air. Our latex pillow is washable. Since there are more precautions in the washing process, it is generally stated in the product packaging and other places that it cannot be washed to avoid damage to the product due to incorrect used.
Keep your inner pillowcase with the pillow and put it in the laundry bag. Please do not refer to other brands of latex pillows as the technology is not the same.
The special nature of latex generally eliminates the need for washing, only the pillowcase needs to be washed regularly.

Best Pillow I’ve owned so far
I was skeptical about ordering this pillow. The first night I sleep so good. This pillow is different from the memory foam kind because it doesn’t just sink in from the weight of my head. I guess the latex makes it push itself up and around my neck. Had a slight smell like rubber gloves, but I really have to be sniffing it to tell. Read a review that said it smells awful, but I don’t think so.

Wonderful Pillows
This is the second Talalay pillow for us. Bought a medium firmness that worked for my husband but I prefer the softer version that most reviews recommended.

Like a supportive cloud
I tried all of the different firmnesses and found soft to be the best one. The firm and medium feel almost like they are pushing back at your head. If you have a really heavy head then these might work better for you but I am a petite person and found there to be too much push back. The soft however is amazzzzzing. I will not go back to regular pillows after this. It feels like I am resting my head on a supportive cloud. It always retains its shape and fits into my shoulder/neck opening perfectly when I sleep on my side. I don’t get cricks in my neck anymore and it’s due to this amazing pillow. Going to order a second one to have matching pillows on my bed. Highly recommend. Very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent pillow – but still a bit too firm for me
I purchased a soft pillow but its still a bit too firm and/or too thick for me, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. In stead of filling the space at my neck/shoulder when laying on my side and leaving my head level, this pillow raises my head juuuuust enough that I need to keep adjusting it. I dont know why its impossible to find foam rubber pillows anymore but this is a close replacement to what I normally use.

Super stinky – returned just before my 30 days was up
I do not know what the heck is up with this company’s talalay pillows but goodness do they smell. This was the second one I tried in a different firmness, but both stunk to high heaven. I propped this up, without any cover, just bare latex, against a rattan chair that has huge gaps between the weave. I also have a huge Blueair 121 right next to this chair. This air purifier kept our bedroom SO FRESH when a massive wild fire broke out 10 miles away and we’d wake to an AirIQ of 500+. It’s an AMAZING air purifier. I left that pillow there for just a few days shy of the return policy. I’d rotate it a few times a day. NOTHING helped. It smelled probably only 25% less strong after almost a month than the day it arrived.I emailed the company for tips. They had nothing else to suggest besides what I was doing. I asked my people at the /mattressmod subreddit and a few did chime in saying it could take MONTHS. Well, I also had a Talalay Global pillow, also talalay (duh) and it had a few days of off gassing. I’m a sucker for beautiful packaging though so I really hoped the Talatex would work, plus I liked the pillow covers better that Talatex supplied. Welp, I still have the Talalay Global pillow and this one I sent back just before the 30 days was up. It was pretty intolerable though, my autistic sensory sensitivity is heavily smell based so there is a chance I could be more turn off by this than others? Maybe? I feel it’s pretty objectionably bad though.I DO have the cervical dunlop pillow from these guys though and that’s been great. That one used to be the one I’d end up on every night. Maybe it’s something about the type of talalay they use? I dunno? It was pretty awful though.

Neck pain away
My wife bought this for herself because she has been struggling with neck and upper back pain for 6 weeks. The first night was hard because the pillow is much thicker than what she’s used to but after 1 night she was able to sleep without a problem. She didn’t notice any change in her pain for the first few weeks but after 4 weeks she noticed she wasn’t waking up with a headache any more and her overall pain was better. She got the standard size and soft firmness which she is pleased with. It might be worthwhile to get a bigger size but the standard size is sufficient. Shape has maintained for 6 weeks of use and there were no weird smells. This pillow is perfect for side sleepers because of the thickness and is fair for back sleepers. We are considering getting a firm pillow just to see if it’s better but my wife is very pleased with the style she has. She has said that the price was worth it, though it is the most we’ve spent on a pillow, she would buy it again.

Hello Readers:I got my first pillow on 4/16/24 not knowing what to expect. That was my best decision I ever made.It came out of the box very nicely packed outside a little beat up but inside was a pillow brand new not used or any hair pieces as some of you claims to have.Now as far as the smell none of it on reviews I see negative comments about the smell just to bring the seller down shame on you.What I did was spray with LYSOL or FEBREZE let it air out put in a pillow protector and a pillow cover and VOILA! no smell.Now as far as a neck issue I have that for years and notice that since I have been using this pillow I wake up with no neck pain so it must be doing something right I have the hard due to a side sleeper.The pillow is expensive but is worth it I already expecting a delivery for a second. And of course I would recommend to anyone to change from a foam or fiber to this type of pillow .
