Not an effective sleep drink
This product doesn’t work!!!! Not only am I wide awake and alert at 1 a. m., this product caused me to have severe diarrhea. It deserves zero stars. It’s not an effective sleep drink! I would like to have a refund…. Very disappointed.

I like it!
I used up the 3-pack, and I believe it does help me fall asleep! I am going to continue my research by purchasing the 30-day supply on their website. I like it hot, like tea, or hot chocolate. I place the recommended amount of water in a cup in the microwave and nuke it for up to 60 seconds. Then I add the powder and froth it. No chalkiness at all. It’s enjoyable.

It might just be entirely psychological, but I do feel like these work to help you get to sleep. It might just be the same thing as having a nice cup of tea before bed, I tried all of them warm, or it might be all of the ashwaganda and such.The flavors are pretty good. The flavors are different from what I expected. I expected the chocolate to be more like a hot chocolate, but it is much more like a cocoa tea sort of deal. I can’t really remember what the mixed berry tasted like as it was the first one I took, but it was lightly fruity and had a bitterness to it. All of them do have a certain level of bitterness to them, but it’s not really a kick you in the teeth kind of bitterness.Regardless of the taste or if it actually does help you sleep, it is a terrible value. a 3 pack for 20 dollars is insane behaviour. For the price, I would rather just drink myself to sleep with a bottle of Jack Daniels, the old fashioned way (this is a joke, don’t do that). This is just to say that the price is a very tough pill to swallow, even if the drink goes down easy.

Didn’t work for me
Unfortunately this did not work for me, in fact it did the opposite, it kept me up and made me feel super off the next day. The taste is tolerable and I commend them for doing the three pack to see if it works instead of having to pay $80 for a 30 day pack.

A little off-putting taste, but it grows on you if you don’t mind matcha.
I have only tried the chocolate so far. I made it in a frother with cold milk and while drinking it at first tastes like chocolate milk but then you get hit with a bitter taste. Once I associated to a green tea flavor it was fine, I just wasn’t expecting it. I don’t like fake sugar at all and this has stevia which for me is unpleasant. The main reason for this is rest and I have to say, I laid down with the television on and in about 45 minutes I passed out until my alarm went off. So for that, it seems to work great and I recommend this but I think it is a little pricey.

Best sleep I’ve ever had
I didn’t realize how poorly I was sleeping until experiencing the sleep quality provided by AGZ. I take it about an hour before going to sleep and it helps me wind down and fall asleep quickly. I sleep so soundly and wake up clear, refreshed, and – importantly – not super groggy like with melatonin based sleep supplements. The powder mixes easily in water. I liked all of the flavors, but the chocolate mint was by far the best of the three. THANK YOU, AGZ!!

Taste was yucky, only 3 packets for $20. No change in sleep. waste of money.
