Absolutely Love My AquaPad! Life-Changing for Cold Winters in Western NY!
I live in Western New York, where winter seems to last forever—sometimes almost six months! The nights can get extremely cold, and even using two thick blankets never felt warm enough. For years, I used an electric blanket, but I always woke up feeling kind of drained and not fully refreshed, even after a good night’s sleep. I didn’t realize that the constant heat might have been making my body feel tired and overheated.Then I discovered the AquaPad, and it has completely changed my sleep experience! From the very first night, I noticed the difference. The AquaPad keeps the temperature perfectly balanced—not too hot, not too cold—just right for deep, comfortable sleep. I no longer toss and turn or wake up feeling sweaty or chilly. It gives me a consistent, cozy temperature all night long.Now, I only need one light blanket instead of layering multiple heavy ones, and I still feel warm and comfortable. Every morning, I wake up feeling rested, refreshed, and energized, which honestly hasn’t happened in years during wintertime.The AquaPad is simple to use, quiet, and energy-efficient, which I also love. Great product, awesome company
Summary: this blanket works really well, and customer support is great.We purchased a full-size Aquapad because we were looking for a heated blanket that doesn’t emit EMF radiation like an electric blanket. We weren’t able to test the blanket for about 8 months — and when we finally did, we found that the main unit was faulty; it didn’t pump water. We contacted the company, and they promptly sent us a new main unit free of charge with no questions asked.When we finally got around to testing the new main unit (remember to always use distilled water), we found that it worked great. The temperature settings go from something like 50 to 149 degrees. When set at less than 100 degrees, it was pretty much useless, but when we cranked it all the way up to 149 it was more than hot enough. After laying on it for about 10 minutes, we had to turn it down to 125 or 130. My wife gets chilly often, and she absolutely loved it.The thing is, we purchased this blanket for winter tent camping, thinking it would use less power than an electric blanket, which typically lasts about 6-7 hours on a medium-high setting running off our fully charged 500Wh Goal Zero battery. In contrast, this blanket only lasted about 2 1/2 hours on battery; it used only 6 watts (close to nothing) most of the time but cranked up to 300+ watts when it was heating or pumping. Not ideal for camping unless you’re at an electric site.We contacted the company again, and again they responded very quickly. We told them our situation — that the blanket was working great, but it wouldn’t work for our application — and despite the fact that this was nearly a year after initial purchase, they offered us a full refund since we weren’t able to test the blanket for most of that year.I sleep hot, so I wouldn’t use one of these at home, but my wife liked it so much that she’s planning to purchase one in the single/twin size for use on her side of the bed. Overall I was impressed by the unit, which is super quiet and heats well, and even more impressed by the company’s customer service. I wish more companies operated this way. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything from Aquapad again. Great product, awesome company.

Quality Product – Eliminate Nigh time Hot Flashes
I am so happy with the quality and Customer Care of this product, I’d give it 10 stars if they let me!Engineering of the pad and unit are well thought out, durable and safe. The fabric is luxurious to the touch and the tubing where it connects to the pad AND unit is well secured.The unique heat-circulated-by-water is so much healthier than having electric heat directly on your person. It is evenly distributed and constant heat. A win-win in my opinion.After using this for several years and recommending to many family and friends my sister discovered that if you LOWER the temperature (for me it’s around 77 Degrees) it ELIMINATES HOT FLASHES! Because it stays at a constant temp of 77 Degrees, when my internal furnace kicks in to high gear, the mattress pad literally absorbs and pulls the heat away from me. Allowing me an uninterrupted night’s sleep. AMAZING, and it WORKS!!Customer Service is incredible too. I’ve had my first unit (I have multiple units, one for each bed) for almost three years now. Last week my robovac hooked the cord of the heating unit and pulled it off the dresser. It was not functioning. I called customer service to see if I could purchase just the heating unit and not the pad, as my pad is still in working order. Leena was so incredibly helpful and understanding. She replaced the unit (even though it was MY FAULT) at no charge. She took the time out of her day to make a special trip to the shipping carrier to get it on its way to me the same day we talked. She was fully invested in Customer Care and satisfaction which is so hard to find anymore. And that was just icing on the cake, as this product is such a gem all on its own!I highly recommend!!

Phenomenal Mattress Pad!
I purchased this water heated mattress pad back in 2022 for the cold. I have to start by saying that this had heated the bed better than expected, compared to typical electrical heated sheets. The bed heats up pretty quickly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend this mattress pad for anyone in the market looking to replace an electrical blanket, it’s definitely worth it!Also to note it does have multiple options for people who sleep colder or hotter as a customized setting, so you’re not roasting all night after your fall asleep.

The Neat AquaPad has been a true lifesaver. At 85 years of age, my heart cannot be replaced. The mitral valve is functioning with excessive leakage. It’s such a struggle to stay warm and maintain strength. Controlled by a pacemaker, any heat source with electricity puts my heart into severe fibrillation. The AquaPad has not only been a blessing, but the only solution to an energized nights sleep and normal living.

Everything seems okay but the plastic water holder was damaged in many different areas. We tried to contact the manufacturer but couldn’t find the contact info on google or amazon. We just want a replacement for the white part.
