Works very well
This is so much easier than trying to keep an ice bag or gel bag on my shoulder. The harness holds the gel pack right where it needs to be and stays cold for up to half an hour. Very comfortable and easy to adjust.

I am pretty injury prone in different areas and after recently injuring my shoulder in a hang. Having purchased a lot of braces on the past, I am very skeptical.I am a smaller frame and thin build, and this brace fits extremely well. There is an extra strap that looks like it is for larger people as well, but can’t speak to that.Saw reviews and pics where it looked loose and people had said it was unsupportive, but that is definitely not the case. Very secure, able to be modified. A second person might help since I almost pulled out my other arm trying to get it in place, haha.Straps are solid, Velcro is decent quality and in the right spots. I’ve pack iso a good size and holds as well as any gel pack. Supportive with or without it in place, which I had been concerned about.I don’t review much, but this was me was worth letting everyone know about. If you are on the fence, go for it.

Comfortable Brace, but Heat Treatment is Short-Lived
I ordered this brace to help treat a rotator cuff injury, and overall, it’s been a decent solution.Pros:Easy to Fit: It’s simple to adjust the brace to fit your size, and it wears comfortably for extended periods.Ice Treatment Works Well: The cold option seems to work much better, providing effective relief.Cons:Heat Treatment is Brief: When I heat the gel bag in the microwave, it only stays warm for about 5 minutes before returning to room temperature. This limits the effectiveness of the heat therapy.Overall Recommendation: The brace is comfortable and works well for cold treatment, but if you’re looking for prolonged heat therapy, you might need to look elsewhere. Still, I’d recommend it for those focused on icing their injuries.

Where to start. I own alot of Braces both shoulder and knees. I have Elhers-Danlos Syndrom. (lots of joint issues).This is my 4th Shoulder Brace. I have 2 that look similar to this but are not. This one has the ratchet sleeve that is A must. (some do not have this and you just have to wrap it around .. hard to get lined up and tight. My 2nd Brace had this and was improvement on my first .. however .. my 2nd velcro is weak and I would have to use safely pins to hold the straps in place.However this one has even more feature that make it better. It has 2x quick release clips (Mind blown .. game changer for brace users) … so once you set this up .. you can now just use the clips and dont have to mess with the velcro any more … no more having to clean your Velcro to keep it sticking .. LOve this so muchIt also had slide about cushion wrap that will slide up and down the strap … this does 2 things .. one covers the vecro strap so it can come un done … However the best part .. it fits under you arm so the strap is not cutting / digging into your under arm .. OMG .. this is amazing.Also it came with a ice pack.Trust me … this is the brace you want … Wish i had this one years ago !!!

Post Rotator Surgery this is AWESOME
This is a must have for recovery from shoulder surgery!I am on my second rotator cuff repair surgery. My first one was a year and a half ago on the right shoulder. I have the ice machine for at home and sleeping but I borrowed someone else’s portable one last year and it was a pain as they only had the ice pack not the wrap so it constantly fell off as I walked around at work.This time I purchased this wrap with an extra ice pack insert. I have worn this twice to be out of the house or more over not tethered to a chair/bed all day.This is the best purchase for recovery and being mobile. It fits nicely and it is very easy to adjust. The ice packs slide in easily and fit the shoulder comfortably. They stay cold well over 30 minutes and are key if you are back at work post operative or just want to go out in public but have ice on the shoulder.It provides good compression as well.I highly recommend this if you need to ice your shoulder especially after surgery when your getting back to work and such!

Super cold and easy to use
This is the second shoulder ice pack that I have ordered. The first one I sent back because it was too heavy and bulky. I am 5’3” 145# woman. This one is not bulky but completely does the job. Good coverage of the shoulder but is not heavy. The ice pack that is included has a great shape and coverage that fits comfortably around the shoulder and is super cold. I take the ice pack out of the freezer for about five minutes before putting it in the shoulder cover so that it’s a bit more flexible which then it is definitely flexible. I have to put a washcloth under it or it’s too cold for me Once you get it adjusted for your size it’s easy to take off and put back on because of the Clip, etc. None of these are going to be perfect but I think this is as close as you’re going to get. I highly recommend this product for the awkward place that it is trying to help you with.

I wanted a brace and this was the only one that would fit me as I’m 54 inches chest 3xl. This brace has an extenuation strap.I did not need the ice pack but having it included is a added bonus. The ice pack is very high quality and stays cold longer than i think it should. The brace works very well and is made well i have been warning the brace for 3 days and it is really starting to make a difference especially with the pain. I recommend this product because I’m a very large man and it works and has not broken and is easy to fit and ware. I have only had to play with the adjusting straps 3 Times to find that sweet spot.
