This is the “active ingredient” in camomile. Theanine is safe and effective as well. They help to relax you. I’ve tried other supplements, but this is the key (along with Mg) for a noticeable improvement in sleep.

Great replacement for diphenhydramine
Very solid sleep aid. I’ve been transitioning away from diphenhydramine since it’s been linked to dementia and this has been great. Two pills gets me nice and drowsy in about 30 mins.
