Targets desired locations with the critical frequency
You’ll see elsewhere on the internet that 128 Hz appears to be a critical frequency for pain relief…This device has that capability and provides higher frequencies for lower body mass indices and lower body masses.Some reviews rate it low on power, but power is not the imperative, frequency is the imperative for pain relief. A person can have a high power high frequency device and it does not penetrate fascia. This device it becomes readily apparent that one gets the limb jiggle. That is the wave moving through the body, like tossing a pebble into a pool.It’s very soothing sensation. Body being about 80% water, the wave ripples through the tissue. You’ll put it at the top of your leg, for example, and you’ll feel it in your toes.Not mentioned anywhere in specifications or other manufacturer information is ‘turbo mode’. One presses gingerly on the target with the device the power and intensity trip upwards.

Works great
Works great for deep muscle massage. Loosened up chronically tight back muscles.It holds a charge for a good length of time. I bought a second one so I always have one fully charged and a third for a spare. I have learned if you find something you like buy spares because when you go to purchase again its no longer available. Some say its not powerful enough. To those folks I say maybe you should buy a small jack hammer because this thing is quite powerful.

Don’t waste your time, much too weak
Weak!!! Not strong enough to really work out tight muscles. The display shows 1 and 99, implying you can go all the way to 99 when turning up the power. Nope. It stops at 30. 30 is so weak that I thought there must be an error, but no, the instructions say it only goes to 30. If you’re accustomed to a physical therapist or chiropractor pounding away at your muscles for a quick release, this thing will be useless to you.Since I didn’t know what brand my PT uses, I leaned toward being cheap, so I’m not surprised this isn’t a great product. I’m just frustrated that I have to box it up and print a label.

lacking in power
Smaller size means less power. This is a good beginner massage gun, but it is definitely lacking in power. If additional pressure is applied then the motor simply stops. We use it as a backup when our other more powerful massager is recharging. The battery life is pretty typical, but not noteworthy. There are probably better options for the price level. Also, the power and level buttons can be difficult to operate. You have to be right on the sensors

Affordable Relaxation
This massage gun is fantastic! Portable and easy to use. This works just as good as the one that my physical therapists uses while in PT. There are several attachments that work for various body parts and they work like a dream. Relaxation is achievable with this amazing durable massage gun. You don’t have to use a lot of pressure as the vibrations are strong enough to give great massage. The battery life is exceptional lasting for a few hours of continuous use and recharges quickly (1hour tops)

Great light duty massager
I had a larger percussive massage gun that my jerk cats broke when they knocked it off of my dresser. So I was looking for a replacement and saw this one for a great price. I didn’t realize that it was much smaller and lighter duty so in order for it to have the same effectiveness, I have to have it on the highest setting. However, I do like that it is much lighter and easier to hold. It is also very quiet. I think it would be great for older people as well because some of the bigger massage guns can be too painful. I had a herniated lumbar disc two years ago and have found these massagers are amazing. They work, especially well releasing piriformis tension and pain.

Low price, low strength
If you’ve got dense muscles, or usually ask for hard massages, this is NOT the product for you. I cannot get remotely enough pressure without the gun stalling– even on more sensitive areas like my calves, feet, or hands. What I *do* get from it is a nice surface-level massage, giving slight relief for small muscles. But for literally every other muscle (legs, glutes, chest), it feels like a toy, and it’s not even in the ballpark of strong enough to provide any form of relief.The 30-speed setting is “look at all our speeds!!” design choice. The difference between 18 and 19? Realistically, 3-5 speeds would be more than enough, and having to hold down the button to get to 30 every time is kinda silly.But it’s cheap! So, so affordable. If you are sensitive to massages, this will probably be more than enough for you.
