The perfect massager!!
This chair massager add-on is so easy to use and massages great!! I sit in my computer chair a lot to do my hobbies and part of my job, and this thing takes all the stress away once I turn it on. There is heat, a built-in timer, vibrations, and you can choose where it massages! I also love how it looks and the color.

Your height does make a difference. Easy instructions, good heat and intensity.
You definitely should be taller than 4’11” to get the overall benefits of the massage. It does not give a good lower back massage like I need the most. But, in defense for the product/shop dispenser, I think it does specify a height, otherwise I think it would give a great lower back massage. The directions were easy to follow and it gives out nice heat and a good level (,3 levels) of intense massage. It would best be used in an upright chair, desk chair and even the car – it even comes with a plug for your cigarette lighter to use in the car. Quality and design is good.

Excellent Back Massager
This back massager is the BEST!!! It is capable of giving a very deep tissue/back massage (which I absolutely Love)….or if you prefer a lighter touch – you can adjust the settings to your own preference! You can also choose “upper” or “lower” back if you want to concentrate on a particular area.It certainly helps work out the knots/tension in my back & gives me some good pain relief!I actually purchased 4 of these back massagers – I bought 3 before Christmas for our 3 sons & their spouses & after trying out my youngest son’s massager – I bought one for myself around the 1st of the year!I truly recommend this – It’s an excellent massager at a reasonable price….and I am totally happy with it! A+++++

Very Effective
I received a card for Christmas with $100 tucked inside for a massage at a local massage place. I opted instead to purchase this massager to use multiple times instead of the one time massage that would cost about the same. I am very happy with my decision. Each night after dinner I sit in my chair and get the most relaxing massage. The moving knobs in the massage do a great job of hitting all the right spots, especially on the lower back. Many times I go for a second round using the spot control to do my lower back again. My only wish is that the heat on this massager was just a little warmer. It warms up, but I like it to be hot.

Great product
I really like this chair massager/cover. I sit in a standard computer chair for hours every day and leave the massager there – it’s really comfortable and the material is soft. Having the heating and cooling options is awesome (both work well). I prefer deep tissue massages. This is truly one of the best chair massagers I’ve tried (more vibration vs kneading but powerful). It helps with the soreness in my back from being immobile most of the day. I would absolutely bring this if driving far too. I highly recommend this!

Disappointed
I was very disappointed with this product. It did not allow me to focus the massage on one specific area or use a single massager as intended. Instead, it continuously cycled from the shoulders to the lower back, vibrating for only a second in each spot without staying in place. Unfortunately, this did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it.

Terrible product, customer service fantastic
Terrible unit. Has large hard area under where right thigh is. Stopped working 2 weeks after purchase. Uncomfortable and broke quicklyupdate: Company did try to improve our satisfaction and sent a different product, however it was uncomfortable as well. Customer service was fantastic.

Really works great and gives a deep massage!
OK This thing is awesome! My husband and I just bought an RV and I knew my back was going to bother me driving for hours and hours. Well I found this massager and it plugs right into the lighter attachment in our rig. My husband is so jealous as he drives down the road and I am getting a full back massage (sitting right next to him) while we drive! Talk about spoiled! This massager has multiple settings and goes very deep if that is what you want. I have been using it for a month so far and it is awesome! Definitely recommend!
