Fluffy and soft, fits both mattresses perfectly. I don’t know durability for a mattress pad but it has not torn, broke down or lost shape with our “usage”. It appears like a mattress pad. Blahh cover it and it is out of sight out of mind.

Amount of cushioning disappointing!
This is a nice product, however it is advertised as 1.5” which it is not, by any means – it’s more like .5”. I aired it out and fluffed it by hand and in the dryer with tennis balls as instructed – to no avail. It is a little thicker and nicer than a standard mattress pad, but I was expecting a lot more cushioning. At $50, it’s not worth it. I’m returning.

These things are very subjective but my experience is very positive.It’s soft. It’s not very thick. ( some may want thicker to get more comfort )It puffs back up each dayI have the smooth ( cool) side up. I don’t find it cool at night. No change but haven’t found any of those claims by any topper to be true.The “hot” side is flannel like. i have it hot side down on top of a good quality memory foam layer and there is zero slippage. It stays exactly where it was put so no issues with that as some reviewers expressed concerns. I don’t think it would slip if it was placed directly on top of a mattress but if the smooth “cool” side was against the mattress it might.Hope my review is helpfulHappy sleeps !

As a mattress cover, it’s excellent but it shouldn’t be called a “topper” as it’s too thin. If you’re looking for a cover with just a bit of padding, this seems well made and didn’t have the awful smell many new products do. And it had deep pockets for tall mattresses. I’d definitely keep if it had more padding.

I did read all the reviews and some said it is not as puffy as the pictures show it to be and that is true. I even had it in the dryer with balls to fluff it more but it is definitely not as puffy as I hoped it might be. It did create softness for my daughter who said her bed was too hard.
