soft and warm but hard to unplug.
It’s fairly comfortable and super soft, and the heat function works really well. It’s super easy to use! My two biggest issues (the reason i’m giving it four stars instead of five) is that the weight in the back doesn’t offset with the front weight properly, so it ends up pulling back and feeling like it’s choking me a bit, and the plug is super difficult to unclip from the pad when youre ready to stop using it.
