Nice Product
My eye doctor recommended that I add zinc to my supplements to improve the health of my eyes as I get older. After reading a lot of reviews and doing some research on the internet I decided to try out Best Naturals Zinc supplement in the 50 mg size. I am very pleased with them. They are not hard to take and I feel that they are helping my eyes. As a nice side benefit I see that my skin tone and texture has also improved so this is a win win situation for me.

Zinc; GOOD
Seems to be good quality zinc, but how do I know. I haven’t had it analyzed so it could be arsenic for all I know, but it hasn’t killed me yet. Good price for a good amount. Sometimes we get asked to review things to the point we just get sick of it. Not everything deserves to be reviewed not do all reviews deserve to be read.

Easy to swallow, saves money
I love how easy to swallow these are. And the value is great. I was spending too much on my vitamins each month. With Best Naturals Zinc, I am getting quality, quanity and savong money. Plus, I know that they are helping to supportmy immune system. Great product!

Zinc for immunity
I normally buy Nature Made 30mg zinc gluconate but all the stores are out of stock during this pandemic, I took a chance with Best Naturals 50mg even though I’ve never heard of the company. The pills are huge and the 50mg gave me an upset stomach so I cut them in half which is easier to swallow and my stomach is much happier.I might try Best Naturals 30mg zinc next time, it’s zinc citrate which is suppose to be easier on the stomach.Zinc gluconate has a longer shelf life(three years), zinc citrate is easier on the stomach but only has an 18 month shelf life. Best Naturals products are packaged in the USA and their plants are GMP certified.Note that many zinc products also contain another metal called cadmium. This is because zinc and cadmium are chemically similar and often occur together in nature. Exposure to high levels of cadmium over a long time can lead to kidney failure. The concentration of cadmium in zinc containing supplements can vary as much as 37-fold. Look for zinc gluconate products, zinc gluconate consistently contains the lowest cadmium levels.It’s recommended that you get 15-30mg of zinc per day, if you take more than 40mg per day it might cause problems.

Hard to swallow doesn’t mean much coming from me because I have trouble swallowing the smallest of pills. If not, I’d say they are fairly smooth. They aren’t made for taste either so I didnt expect anything great. But they DO WORK. I have been taking them whenever I feel a cold or sinus infection trying to come on and I havent gotten sick yet. Phew! I will continue taking them. Thank you!
