Best Massage Gun EVER !
I purchased this wonderful product a year ago in December of 2023 for generalized body pain relief and I am glad I did. The hand massage gum is relatively quiet, easily to use with 5 different levels, lasts at least 2 hours on a full charge and provided major pain relief for my back, legs, arms and sole of my feet after exercising or afterA stressful work day. It’s very portable and may get warm after several uses.A year into using the product, I noticed that the handgun massage was not holding a full charge as it did before. I called customer service and in 24 hours they sent me the Us tracking number for a brand new T2 massage handgun to replace the one I had. I was so impressed with the service that I will recommend them to friends, family and everyone else.

I really recommend their massage gun, it’s perfect for deep tissue massage and also super comfortable. It’s very quiet and not heavy at all. I bought my Bob and Brad massage gun June of 2023 for my achilleas tendonitis and occasional muscle tightness and stress. It has done wonders in relaxing the muscles and helping aches and pains, especially on my legs. I use it practically every night before going to bed and gives me such relief. It’s been worth every penny spent on it! The quality of this massage gun is solid and well made and comes in a very nice carrying case, making it easy to travel with. The only thing I”d change is when using it, it shuts off after 10 minutes but I believe it does that purposely in order to not overuse it on ourselves at one time. It’s easy to use and has various attachments for various needs which I find very helpful. I have recommend this product to a family member and after doing much research, he ended up buying a Bob and Brad massage gun and absolutley loves it!Recently, my massager wouldn’t charge so I called customer service. I can’t say enough for the efficiency, care and attention they showed. They immediately addressed the issue with a REAL person answering the phone and then through email, they have responded to every single message I sent, and they are taking care of the issue. To me, that is HUGE!It’s for these reasons I would highly recommend the Bob and Brad massage gun! It’s quality, ease of use, functionality AND customer service, which is the icing on the cake, make it top notch!

The massage gun is sturdy and works very well. Recently, I had a problem and the battery was not recharging. I emailed the support team and they were super responsive and provided a replacement. The two year warranty they provide was very helpful.

Terrible customer service
I would highly recommend avoiding Bob and Brad products, they do not stand behind their product and their customer service is terrible. I purchased the T2 Pro Massage Gun, it arrived quickly (same day), but unfortunately it came in used condition. The safety tag had clearly been removed and stuck back on. The gun itself, the bottom ID tag wasnt attached and was sideways, the head of the gun is scratched, and when turned on it makes a weird clanking noise. The case is soiled and the owners manual has teeth marks on it. Should be an easy fix righr?? Wrong… Amazon sent me to Bob and Brad because they only offers a return and refund option for this product. Contact Bob and Brad customer service, they literally send me back to Amazon to request a replacement. Called Amazon, they again state they can gladly return and refund, but replacement wasnt an option , but I could always just reorder. So now, I have to drive 30 minutes away to drop off a used piece of equipment, wait 7-10 days to get a refund, spend another $125 to reorder another one that may or may not be in the same condition. NO thank you, I will just return this item, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and never purchase another Bob and Brand product again.

Super Produkt. Sehr effektiv. Die Aufsätze sind super ausgewählt und für jede Art der Muskulatur ist etwas dabei, von soft bis hart. Ich habe seit Jahren mit Verspannungen zu kämpfen. Seit ich die Gun habe, wird es stetig besser. Ich bin absolut zufrieden. Sie hält auf kleiner bis mittlerer Stufe ausreichend durch und muss nicht nach 15 Minuten wieder aufgeladen werden, obwohl sie echt kräftig ist. Die Stufen 1 bis 5 sind perfekt ausgewählt. Für starke Muskeln wie die Quads kann es auch mal mehr sein, für sensible Muskeln ist die 1 wunderbar. Das Aufladen dauert ca. 3 bis 4h, wenn es fast komplett leer ist, also im Rahmen.Alles in allem wirkt das Gerät sehr hochwertig und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Für den Preis also unschlagbar.Einzig nicht gut gelungen ist die Bedienungsanleitung in Bezug auf die zu massierenden Stellen. Es wird überall nur der weiche Kugelkopf dargestellt und man weiß so nicht ganz, welchen Kopf man wo benutzen kann und sollte. Es steht zwar drin, welcher Aufsatz wofür gedacht ist, aber mehr nicht. Da ich sportlich aktiv bin und meinen Körper sehr gut kenne, habe ich schnell gemerkt, welche Aufsätze wo sinnvoll sind, könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass ein Laie vielleicht auch mal zum falschen Kopf greift. Es ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, sich vorab mit der Anatomie der Muskeln zu befassen, um das Gerät sinnvoll einzusetzen. Es gibt allerdings Bilder im Buch (rudimentär). Was fehlt, sind Hinweise, wo man nicht massieren sollte. Dafür sollte man sich unbedingt Videos anschauen.
