Quality Vitamins for the Whole Family
I love that this option has all of the essential vitamins in it that I was looking for to build strong bones, teeth and immunity. I find it hard to find options that also have phosphorus but these do. The flavor is great, they do not stick to the teeth like others we have tried in the past. I give these to my kids with food at breakfast and then they brush their teeth after. My kids are 4, 9, and 14.Most companies recommend to take these consistently for a few months to notice a difference. So like anything these things take time to work. The gummies themselves feature an interesting combination of vitamins and minerals, containing calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc and some other random vitamins. The daily values for calcium and potassium in just 2 servings of the gummies is quite high.I noticed these gummies contain xylitol which is a sweetener that some people might not like. High doses of xylitol can have a laxative effect, potentially leading to increased bowel movements. Be careful with gummies because they are easy to eat and can be difficult to stop at the correct dosage.
