Just as my heading above, this is a big pill, but is easy to swallow with water. And of course, just like all Vitamin Bs, make your pee bright yellow.

Capsules are huge!
I’m sure it’s a good product, my Dr prescribed it but the capsule is huge n I’m just not used to such big pills.

No smell!
This is the only Vitamin B50 Complex I can tolerate. Others the smell is so overwhelming I feel like I will vomit if I get too close. This is the best-easy to swallow and tasteless. For me it is literally a life saver as I HAVE to have a B50 and this is the only one I can take
